Incredibly flexible app. I was able to set up some pretty complex rules in less than 30 minutes. However, the support is even MORE amazing. The Bird Pickup Delivery team went above and beyond and supported me with some technical Shopify issues, unrelated to their app. By far the best service I've experienced from any software company. These guys are amazing, I'd highly recommend them!

Only just setting up this app after deciding to go with it due to it's affordability and functions seeming better suited for our business over other more expensive apps. So far the experience has been great, the set up is straight forward and even if at some points it's not for a non-developer like myself doing the website no my own, the support team has been outstanding! They reply quickly and provide with links to additional step-by-step, but when I still messed something up with the code, they were able to help me fix it super quick. Really impressed and hoping it will be smooth use from here on out.

Very good so far - the app looks just how we needed it to on the checkout page and the customer support is SUPER responsive. I needed the customer's delivery date to go on the confirmation emails and they were able to help me out right away. We've only had the app a little while so we'll see how it goes in the future but good so far.

I've recently moved platforms into Shopify and needed a pickup and delivery option for my store. I came across this app and the team went over and above in defining exactly how I wanted the app to execute. Highly recommend! Great service!

I wasted a lot of time looking for apps that had this functionality where you can connect the checkout instead of just the cart and I finally found it with this app! Their team was incredibly helpful when I ran into some troubleshooting errors. I highly recommend this app and team!

Diese App funktioniert perfekt. Sie verfügt über alle erforderlichen Steuerungsebenen, damit Kunden ihren Abholtermin planen können. Zusätzlich zu all den tollen Funktionen war das Team von BirdChime eines der Besten, was den Support und das Hinzufügen neuer Funktionen angeht. Ich kann diese App und dieses Team auf jeden Fall empfehlen!
