Bird Pickup Delivery Date

Customer service is really helpful and responsive ! The app integration is useful and helped us enable the calendar date and hour selection for Store pickup only without disturbing any of our other delivery settings. AMAZING

Not only have I been able to customise my shop for set delivery dates, the staff have gone above and beyond to help me with getting it set up and also answering questions to help me. Awesome app, I can fully customize our flower delivery dates and times nationwide, locally and for pick up, aswell as blocking out holidays and sundays and use cut off times for orders. I can also adjust how far into the future dates can be chosen from and charge different shipping rates. On top the support is very fast and helpful.

Great combination of flexible settings and user friendly backend. If you have issues setting up, plugin support is quick, friendly and competent. Very happy :)

We recently switched from BigCommerce to Shopify. These types of apps are VERY expensive and not very useful on BigCommerce. In the short time I've been using Bird, it is infinitely better than any BOPIS app on BigCommerce and the customer service is absolutely wonderful. Fantastic, affordable app!

Incredibly flexible app. I was able to set up some pretty complex rules in less than 30 minutes. However, the support is even MORE amazing. The Bird Pickup Delivery team went above and beyond and supported me with some technical Shopify issues, unrelated to their app. By far the best service I've experienced from any software company. These guys are amazing, I'd highly recommend them!
