Needed an app to help customers choose a date and time for delivery and a delivery method from postal, local and collection. Tried a few apps but this was a) the easiest and most logical to setup b) visually produced the best results c) met my needs the best but more importantly d) their customer service and support during the process was a+++++, really helpful, patient, knowledgeable and saw the job through till the end, would 100% recommend. This app makes it easy for my customers to choose shipping, delivery or pick up with date and time. I made suggestions to decrease duplication and confusion for the customer and us, and they responded quickly and made the changes for me.

Love this app because it has functions that other apps don't. I can finally show my order date and time in cart notes which allows me to then add it to my invoice app settings. Also, appreciate that we can block customers from checking out if they have not selected a date and time. This saves us a lot of hassle! Highest marks for this app! It is very easy to use, install and set up. It has many useful features and the support team are very responsive and helpful. It is a huge improvement for my business. Before, I had to contact each customer and set up their delivery time and date. Now, the customer configures their delivery at checkout and Birdchime syncs all my deliveries to my Google Calendar. I love being able to set in advance the available times and days for delivery--including setting the maximum number of deliveries per time slot. So much easier! This app integrates seamlessly with Shop and the two programs work very well together. Thank you Birdchime.
