This app is user-friendly, and the customer service is excellent. Ali helped our store customize the app to our specific needs and answered our questions. He was patient and helpful with quick, timely responses.

10/10 Does exactly what we need for our 3 locations! Super easy to configure and when you need help or some additional coding done to make it fit your store, Ali will help day and night to fix and make it work for you. Thanks for the Help Ali!!

This app works very well and I feel that it is very user friendly. All the guides make it easy to understand how to use it and what the settings need to be. We often use it for pick-up for our special occasion food sales at our restaurants and it makes it easy and convenient for us to be able to organize our pick-ups and pace them out. When we have had occasions where it doesn't seem to be working, Ali has always been quick to respond within 24 hours, listen to the issue, and go in and fix it, all while letting us know what happened and letting us know how to prevent any errors in the future. I highly recommend this app.

Fantastic app! Collection system works as intended. We encountered a few minor issues with coding, however the developer was incredibly responsive and had everything fixed immediately.

This shows as free here on the app store. IT IS NOT FREE! It asks you to commit to a cost of $6.99 a month before you can even test out the app. No thanks. I'll find another app that I can at least test out first.

Hello friends, I recently had some trouble setting up the 'pick up at store' option on my website (www.infinityroses.es) and reached out to Shopify Support. Honestly, they were amazing! The agent (James) I spoke with was super friendly, patient, and explained everything in a really clear way. They walked me through the steps, made sure I understood how it all worked, and stayed with me until the problem was fully solved. I really appreciate the time and effort they put into helping me — it made the whole experience stress-free. Big thanks to the Shopify team for the great support!.

Genie is a smart and easy-to-set-up app. We’re using it to allow customers to select a pickup location, and it works perfectly for our needs. The support team was very helpful in getting everything configured just right. Highly recommended if you want to offer pickup location options to your customers.

I've had a recurring issue with the app that seems like it should be simple to fix and after two months of going back and forth with a sometimes responsive team (they forgot about my ticket twice), the problem is still unresolved. I wish I could write a good review, but in my experience the app is unhelpful and I would caution others.
