Ali helped through technical changes on how the app applied to my site. He understood my ask and promptly actioned it. I’m not a technical genius person and he made the process easily understandable. Overall the app meets my needs for store pick up and delivery. Low app fees is a bonus too.

This app works well for our needs and support was brilliant over a few days. We needed help to reinstall it onto our new theme. Support also made some customisations for us. There are additional notes on the order page when there is a pick-up but it doesn't bother us.

Genie Store Pickup is an excellent app with fantastic support! I've been using it for many years and recently added our second location and store. The level of support is outstanding—it's incredibly fast, and nothing is ever too much trouble for the team. If you need a reliable pickup option for your Shopify store, I highly recommend this app. It's been a game-changer for our business!

We are a mobile business and do a lot of public events. We needed an app that would allow us to create a pickup location for each one. This app does the job perfectly! Genie's owner, Ali, even helped change the button from "Store Pickup" for us. Customers can choose between "Shipping" and "Pickup At Event Location". When they choose "Shipping" they get the normal checkout shipping options. When they choose "Pickup At Event Location" they see available events that I have set up in a 28 day window. I highly recommend this app!

great app and exactly what i was looking for! so happy this app is free. i ran into a small issue and requested a walk through via video and customer support helped me in less than an hour and resolved my issue the same day. so happy with the app and service! UPDATE: had an issue where a customer purchased the store pickup (which is free) and wanted to make sure that wouldn't happen again. reached out to support who resolved the issue in less than an hour. amazing service!

Genie Store Pickup has been wonderful for our business, with 6 pickup locations it was important for us to be able to offer this to our customers. The app looks good integrated on our website and functions well. Best of all Ali and the team are so responsive - if we ever have any questions or want to change things (or have forgotten how to do it ourselves) they reply right away and get things done. Thank you for a great service.

We needed to create a BOPIS service on our website where clients could choose between over a hundred locations. Genie helped us set this up through a very easy and intuitive interface. Furthermore, we needed some custom code done for a specific feature on our website. I messaged Genie Support and have been going back and forth with Ali, Genie's owner, perfecting the custom code based on our needs. Ali is professional in his replies, reply time and always did his best to accomodate my many requests. I heavily suggest working with Genie if you need a similar service implemented in your shop. Customer support is great and will give you clear and prompt replies.

We transitioned to a new theme and as such, needed the Genie Store Pickup app re-coded. The support team kept us up to date on status and worked quickly to make sure we had our Store Pickup options restored. Thanks for your help!

I love a straightforward app that does what it says without fuss! Add in top notch service and this is a 5 star app! I tried two others, but this is the easiest and best looking for the customer.

My store is for pickup only from our shop, so this app was just what I was looking for! Very easy to implement, and the customer service was amazing. I had a query regarding checkout and it was very efficiently and easily solved within a day
