The app has worked great for us. I particularly appreciated that when I had a question and was having a small problem with the app they responded promptly and went in and fixed the problem within a day.

I'm so happy I found this App for need to offer pick ups with a schedule in mind. I sell both large items that ship on a pallet and small items that generate automatic shipping rates at checkout. Those items can be picked up yet if someone was to put one of each in their cart, it would generate a shipping rate that was VERY wrong for my business. I needed to find a way to block the items from offering a shipping rate when they can only be picked up. Ali and his team took time to understand my problems and fixed it so I can utilize their app more efficently. As a entrepreneur it is hard to make money when we have to give it away to shippers because the platform isn't set up correctly. I'm happy to have worked with Ali and will implement this app on my other businesses.

This app was perfect for our needs! We needed customers to be able to select which store they would like to pick up from independent of the actual location's inventory and this not only handled that but also works so much more intuitively than the Local Pickup option that is built into Shopify. We have a few small hiccups while getting the app setup, but Ali was able to get us sorted out with lightning speed and efficiency. I wholeheartedly recommend this app not only for how well it works but also how great the support is!

The customer service is on point! My experience with GenieApp was easy from the start. They took me in charge from the beginning and they are very quick on the reply for any issue that may occur. My clients are very happy to have multiples options for pick up orders now. I recommend :)

I didn't like the Shopify built-in in-store pickup function for a bunch of reasons. This app looked appealing and affordable. I have a pretty customized theme so installation was a little bit complicated, but Ali patiently listened to what I wanted and implemented it perfectly. Now our in-store pickup option works just like I envisioned. The app works great and is an excellent value, and Ali is top-notch in terms of support.

Fantastic App! It matches our need with simple functions, and also amazing tech support service, which helped us fixing all the integration issues with the theme we are using. Also the pickup info can be sync to the order detail and be sent to the warehouse with order so that the logistics team can review and prepare for those pickups

I highly recommend this app. We have been using this app for 2 years. This app has allowed us to offer to our customers store pickup at 3 different locations but shipping from one single location. We were able to do it efficiently and reduced our error rates significantly after using this app. The app is easy to use. Tech support is excellent. Ali, Genie's founder, is very responsive to our needs. He has troubleshoot our issues and made modifications for us so it would adapt to our needs.

We were actually using another app for pickups but it does not have the flexibility like the Genie Store Pickup app. The app is very well thought off, and the developer is very helpful. It was easy to navigate and very good app to use.

This app covers the needs for a Click & Collect based store. We've experienced some problems after installing it, but developers helped us quickly and effective. Very reccomended.

I think this app helps some, but the information for pickup doesn't initially flow into the packing slip unless you request additional support (we use it to fulfill the orders), and the app uses tags to work, which clogs up the tags so I don't see what I need to see in the dashboard. It feels like the app creators need to go further to put the information - date and time from the customer - into something that we as the end-user can see and print out when dealing with the orders. I downloaded this app back in February of 2022, and the same thing happened then. I was hoping that there were changes from that time, but nope, it's the same.

Just started using the app. Set up was quite easy, needed some help with a pickup-only setting. Support did it for me in under a week free of charge. Im very happy that I stumbled upon this. I can recommend it for anyone having a pickup Store. Cheers

Initially used a paid app for store pickup which worked fine but was expensive. Switched to Genie Store pickup which offers all the same functionality and is free. I did have a few issues setting up - but my store uses a non standard template. The genie support team help and hot it sorted quickly. Would strongly recommend this app.
