I researched about 20 apps to provide click and collect functionality on my store and found this one to be the best fit for my needs. It's not over complicated in the UX, easy to setup, very competitively priced and best of all the support is fantastic. I ran the app successfully for several months then I had an issue after installing another app. Ali helped me troubleshoot the issue and even wrote some different code to help try and get the two apps running together (they were clashing due to the way the checkout works, no fault of Store Pickup at all). Genie apps was the best fit for what we needed, and then they helped us customize the app for our store to be exactly what we needed. We wanted to be able to create time slots of different lengths, and they are currently helping us to set this up. They also customized some things for us that were just aesthetic, and we really appreciated that. Absolutely amazing support—thank you so much!

Great app for utilizing store pick up. It's very user friendly and I needed some help with additional questions and they were VERY FAST and VERY TIMELY. I would recommend this to anyone wanting to do store pick up and all questions are handled immediately.

I needed an app for customers to choose a pickup date and time at the store. The founder of the app was very helpful and quickly replied to my questions. He set up the pickup date calendar in French and also made it mandatory for the customer to chose a pickup date before checking out. I highly recommend this app.

I tried a number of different apps for my pick up options and this app by far is the best one! The staff reached out to me immediately upon installing asking if they could help. I told them my wants and needs and they set it all up for me just the way I wanted and now Pick Up dates and times are so much easier to manage. I couldn't be more thankful!!!
