The app support is very good, especially the technical support from Loren ma’am. She helped me a lot with coding and making the app responsive with my theme, even beyond regular support. It is really an awesome app and the best app for building an FAQ page. Thank you again, Loren ma’am.

This is a great app and they have great support. Sadman walked me through how to install and setup the app. They have a free plan which I am going to start using now and put the questions I get from the customers so the shop is more informative

Ever since I gave these people access to my store to fix what should’ve been an easy thing which was copying and paste the link they provided to hide their brand my site been out of wack! Be careful giving them access. Good thing I had duplicated my store before hand. Also with their "Free Plan" you get 100 FAQ views a month so even when you’re just starting and trying to figure the app out (which was challenging for me) and even when they helped me (which they also have to view your page) those count as 100 views which makes no sense to me.

I’m a beginner in Shopify store design, and creating layouts has been quite challenging for me.
