Tracy from Storeware has been very helpful. There were changes I needed to make and she has guided me step by step with very clear guidance. The StoreFAQ builder works very well and with the help of Tracy it has been a smooth and easy process. Thank you so much Tracy!

Santos solved a problem for me in just a few minutes that I had been trying to solve myself for hours. Now the FAQs are neatly integrated into our website and we can refer our customers to them. Great!

Amazing app and support! The StoreFAQ app is exactly what I needed to make my product pages more professional. It’s easy to use and looks clean on my store. I had a little issue setting it up, but Santos from support was incredibly kind and helpful—he guided me perfectly until everything was working great. Thank you so much! App is easy to setup and customize to match the feel of your site. Tried a couple other FAQ apps before this one and this one beat them hands down!

Fairly easy to use. There are a couple of features I'd like to see added; mainly around configurability, but nothing major. Customer service has been fantastic. They were very prompt and responsive with support and accommodating with my questions. They took time to answer my questions and even work with their dev team to quickly address an issue I had. They were fast and great with communication and support and very easy and friendly to work with.

We installed this app because it was advertised as completely free. However, after installation, they changed their policy and introduced paid plans. Now, the free version is limited to only 100 views, which is unacceptable for our store. We are forced to look for another solution. This is extremely unethical, and we feel deceived and cheated by these practices. Avoid this app!

Rug pull. The app was listed as free, and once everything is set up, they limit the usage on the free plan to 100 views/month. Will have to transfer everything to a different solution.
