Installed and worked amazingly for a couple of months - suddenly just stopped working without any notice. Its been months without us knowing that orders were being processed not on subscription - a huge loss of revenue for us without a single notification that it was no longer working - seriously annoyed, I cant recommend the app

I have had endless issues with SubBox not working. My customers keep getting errors when trying to checkout out and the subscription box just keeps disappearing. I have tried countless times to get support to help me and they always say that there is nothing wrong from their end so they cannot help me, even though I have screenshots and videos of the issue. They just keep telling me it must be a "device issue" but I have several customers (as well as other team members) every day on all different devices sending me screenshots of them having the exact same problem. I have given up and now I am searching for a new app to use. It is also impossible to get help when they have no customer service reps for US time zones, so I would have to wake up in the middle of the night to talk to someone on live chat.

We want to assure you that we are committed to resolving the issue promptly, but we encountered some challenges in identifying its source on our end. We tried to check the issue on many of our devices such as computers, laptops, and mobile but we didn't find the issue. Also, we discovered that when you tried accessing the app in an incognito window, the issue seemed to have disappeared. This led us to believe that the problem might be related to your device, specifically an old cookie stored in your browser. no tengo soporte para saber como colocarlo en mi pagina EXTERNA a templates de shopify necesito mas claridad TENEMOS una pagina web externa que se conectara por medio de plugins a shopify, el boton de pago (app buy buttom) no me muestra sus suscripciones. como ponemos en nuestra pagina las opciones de suscripcion, NO DENTRO DE TEMPLATE DE SHOPIFY

Thank you so much for your feedback about our app. Firstly, we are so sorry we didn't support you right away you needed because of the different time zone. We are in the Indochina time zone, and we are available on Mon to Fri from 07:00 AM - 06: 00 PM. It's 00:01 AM - 11:00 AM for the UTC time zone. Our live chat appears in the bottom right corner of the page in-app during working hours. However, I believe there is a misunderstanding here. Please let me give you a clarification about our app one more time. As we shared with you the first time you reached us, the app only supports showing the subscription widget on the product page of websites on the Shopify platform that installed our app, the app hasn't supported other platforms.
