Je tiens à exprimer ma gratitude envers l’équipe de Subify. Le sav est vraiment génial et fait exactement ce dont nous avons besoin pour notre boutique. Malgré un léger délai, probablement dû à une forte demande et beaucoup de travail, je suis impressionné par leur engagement et leur dévouement à résoudre nos problèmes. Le service client est exceptionnel. Ils sont non seulement sympathiques mais aussi très investis dans l’accompagnement et la résolution de nos soucis. Une mention spéciale à Sam, avec qui j’ai eu le plaisir de discuter. Il a été incroyablement utile, professionnel et attentif à mes besoins. Son aide a été précieuse et a grandement facilité notre expérience avec Subify. Merci à toute l’équipe pour votre soutien et votre excellent service !

Great app for managing magazine subscriptions in Shopify. Would like to see a few more customization features for users but overall the team is very responsive, and committed to helping get you up and running.

The staff are a great help and pretty quick as the app is okay but comes with limitations that are not explained properly at the outset. Its pretty good but you have to make some work a round's which seem simple but would have thought they could have had it covered. Haven't used it yet but will submit an update when i do.

Overall it is very easy to set up and it looks clean and modern. It works for us 95% perfectly. There are a couple of things I wish it did better like allowing users to add products to their existing subscription. If a person updates their email in shopify it does not update in subify. Support is quick. Overall I'm pretty happy with the app and it has increased our monthly revenue for sure.
Thanks for this amazing feedback! Understanding what exactly merchants need from a subscription app is crucial for us to keep making Subify better and better.

I have just now downloaded this app and had immediate support provided which was greatly appreciated. I am extremely happy I've chosen this app. Would be happy to give another review at a later time once I've had a couple of months to try it out more and get a better idea of how the app works so I could provide better feedback.

I just discovered Subify last night and I had multiple questions about the service. I used chat to communicate with Subify representatives this morning and all of my questions were answered promptly. Melika was very helpful and informative. I am now in the process of setting up my subscriptions and it seems easy enough. If I do have any difficulties I'm sure Melika will be there to assist me. Migration took longer than expected due to legacy issues we had with our theme and various old apps we had installed. The team did work with us closely to resolve issues encountered every step along the way. There are features that were required features we were missing along the way and most of them were released within 2-3 weeks and some have not been implemented. Overall, the app dashboard is easy to use and the live chat is prompt in responding to queries as well.

So far so good. The live chat rep. has been extremely helpful in walking me through the process. Subify makes it easy for customers to manage their subscriptions.

I found it a bit tricky to get started with and the first 2 customer service folks I had were not great. This morning Delaram helped me and she was a total rockstar. Understood exactly what I needed and helped me sort everything! I'll stick with the app just because of her.

Good app, good customer service. I wish they didn't have a ton of tiered pricing. I'm missing the analytics aspect but dont wanna upgrade.

Great support, didn't end up having the capabilities we required but I was able to find that out quickly due to their support staff being readily available. Rating four stars as they didn't have the functionality to build a box for my customers and subscribe. It seems like a great app for subscriptions otherwise.

Great app and interface to work with. Still missing a few features but overall covers the basics. Customer support is outstanding.

I'm only giving this a 4 star because they have been very responsive to my questions. I haven't hit the go button on the subscription service yet. But so far they have been great with the help. I can update later on once I make it a go. Nareh and Mohsen have been very helpful.

Nice lil' app, there is some room for improvement in the setting's UI from my point of view but it does the job really well. Plus, it's now translatable for website that have multiple languages, which is nice!
