Great experience, and customer service was 10/10, they were able to customize the widget to what i wanted on it, the whole process was a breeze! Wish i installed them first

There are some interesting clunky things on Subify that I can't seem to figure out on my own just yet and I am still learning the ropes! However, the support and customer service I receive when I run into these issues is extremely quick, professional, and informative. Thank you!

This is an incredible app! Not only is it easy to understand and use (it took us less than 5 minutes to set up) and the customer support is really kind and patient. Nareh (our representative) was super sweet and answered all our questions. Highly recommend the app!

Subify has been a great addition to our store. We are a subscription based product so this feature was very important to get right. There are a lot of customizations available and it is simple to manage. One of the best features is the customer service, if I'm ever having any issues, they are quick to respond and help me resolve any issues. It seems like they are constantly updating the app too so it is always improving!

Exactly what we needed for our subscription based service, and immediately on setting up a subscription, a chat box appeared with a live, real-life help agent who answered all of my questions very quickly and made sure that everything had gone to plan! They were quick and knowledgeable. There are lots of ways to set up subscriptions, and instructions to apply these to page and products pop up at relevent steps so that it's smooth and beginner-friendly, no code or tech knowledge required! Very pleased.
