Delaram was so helpful! Once I installed this app, she sent me a msg asking specific questions about my goal for the app. She made sure everything was working properly and even gave me some pointers. Hands down the best experience I've had with an app. If you'r looking for a great, user friendly app with EXCELLENT customer service, THIS IS IT!!

Brilliant App, up and running very quickly and superb support. Only using basic features at the moment, but as we grow our business we can add more features. Great alternative to a dedicated membership platform.

It is super easy to navigate and when I was in a pickle I was able to hop on the chat and speak with a rep. (Aliya) who went above and beyond to help me.

We have just installed the Subify app in our Shopify store. This was the first app ever where someone from their team automatically showed up offering support. Not only is this a great idea, and all apps should have the same approach as onboarding is the most important phase, but also her level of professionalism was outstanding! Congrats! We will now start using this app with the basic plan and will get back to you if we like the ongoing features and support!
