My experience with Subify has been great so far. Reached out to the team to customize my widget and the response was well under 10 minutes and the changes were made immediately. Miles worked on this customization for us and was very swift. I'm definitely happy with the results and we are glad we chose Subify Subscriptions to start our new payment option.

Great App so far and easy to contact friendly staff, Just had to upgrade and found had to pay more charges on each transaction as well as the subscription, then had contact from customer service who kindly offered a temporary discount which is great and is a help to try and boost our sales.

Super helpful service! I downloaded this app to create a subscription service for my customers. I wasn't sure how to work out a few queries I had and their customer support section was very speedy and helped me with all of my issues. I look forward to using their app more in the future and will definitely be recommending them to other business I know who use shopify!

We opted for the "Subify" plan as that is what best suited our business needs and it has been a godsend. The very helpful assistance from Nareh via chat has sped up our onboarding tremendously and has meant that within minutes we have built, customised, and launched our first subscription plan. They helped us go through settings, customisations, options for growth, anything you can think of and they helped and I can't thank them enough. If you are thinking about starting a subscription for your business, stop thinking and install Subify, they will help with the rest.

I have just received help from Mason. This is the first time I've used the application and Mason has really helped me with my needs. Now I'm out of point A to point Z. Thanks to him my site looks like what I really wanted! The support is quite reactive. I recommend the application.

The customer service honestly was insanely helpful. I've never walked away from a customer service interaction in a positive way but this time it was amazing because they immediately solved my issue and felt sorry for the inconvenience. Nareh is a really amazing help and I would highly recommend her and this whole company. It is rare for customer service to be so helpful.
