Subify Live Customer Assistant has been A+. Timely and Effective. The app has been easy to install and navigate. I currently have the free plan and it provides a lot of options. I'm excited to annouce the subcription to our customers.

A truly easy and convenient app to use! But the thing that pleasantly struck me was the assistance ALWAYS present which solves all problems! Really recommended :)

I have never experienced such amazing customer service. I had a very specific plan for my subscription and layout, and the team helped me the whole way through the process. They went above and beyond to help me match my website design and fix the settings to fit all my needs. I feel very secure and confident using Subify, knowing any issue I might encounter, I will have a quick resolution from the amazing team. I 100% recommend using subify.

We are very happy with this app! The app installation and set up process was very easy and user friendly. The customer service team has always been there to help and answer all of questions and concerns. I would recommend the app 100%.

It's good, but please add a subscription migration option from other apps like WC etc

This app is easy to use and has excellent customer service. I'm glad I decided to try them out. There are multiple options and customization. Aliya from customer service was awsome and fixed my problem fast.

I just installed this today in my shop and the first thing that I noticed was that customer service reached out to see if I needed any help. I thought that was very nice. Nareh helped me navigate the app and answered all of my questions. She was a delight to work with!

Aliya is the absolute best! She talked me through how to set up different payment options like shipping monthly and prepaying 6 months. This app is also really user-friendly. At the end of our conversation, she looked through my listing to make sure it was correctly set up. I am truly grateful!

It needs some improvements here and there, but overall I am happy with support experience, the fact that they have free plan and are working hard to make you feel heard and making improvements.

I have been absolutely thrilled with Subify. To give some context, I created my first subscription and was originally signed up with a different subscription app (the 'big one' from the app store). The NIGHT BEFORE my big launch, I realized that the other subscription app wasn't working properly in my store. I decided to switch to Subify 8 hours before my big launch. Their customer service team was INCREDIBLE and was helping me in real time. Their support was 11/10- everyone was extremely informative and helped me set up my account in just 2 hours. My launch was sooooo easy and after 3+ weeks of using Subify- I'm thrilled with the results. It's truly the best subscription app on the Shopify app store. My customers love it and I've had no problems with the integration to my store. If I could give Subify 6 stars, I would!
