very happy with this shopify app. i'm using this app for my monthly membership service - and they have been soo helpful. their customer service is fast and efficient. they were really able to customize my offering to my liking. thank you subify :)

Incredible team and the support is beyond amazing. Yasaman from their team has been such a delight, and solved all of my issues in such a timely manner. Would highly recommend Sibify for any stores running subscriptions!

Easy to install and integrate with Shopify website, smooth operation. Team is consistently asking for improvement suggestions and by this rate soon probably will be the best choice for managing subscriptions. LOVE IT - LOVE IT - LOVE IT! Only took 5 minutes to set up and start selling subscriptions! As soon as I downloaded this app customer support reached out and we're super nice and supportive. If I could give 10 stars I would! Highly recommend

I just downloaded this app and had soooo many questions. I worked with a rep Narges for two days and she made sure i understood everything and answered all my questions, sent snap shots and links that were so helpful. I haven't expierenced the app with a customer yet though. There are two things I can't wait for Subify to add which are customize emails and for customers to change products within their scubscription.

The customer service is great! The app works well. Our customers like getting subscriptions. We wish there was a way to adjust the frequency of the subscriptions. Fortunately, they're able to get it done whenever we reach out. Thank you!!

The app solved all my problems, it's great I was able to manage my subscriptions in a pretty decent way, the team is always helpful, but I would recommend covering one thing. If the customer buys 2 products from Shopify, you should not do x2, but always x1 every few days. Or put 2 options, both for those who want to do x1 and those who want to do x2

Great customer support and subscription service. Easy to use UI for the customer as well as easy to manage by the admin. Works well for subscriptions with free trails, and a reliable choice for subscription products!

Just got it set up, customer service was really helpful and fast responding! This app seems easy to use and I believe it will fit perfectly for the subscription products and boxes I plan to offer on my store.

Incredible subscription app. Very easy to set up, and their customer service chat is extremely helpful and responsive. You can tell they've taken a lot of time to master the customer experience (both for your customers and you as their client). Their how-to videos on Youtube are also extremely thoughtful and helpful. Great functionality and they are quick with and open to customizations too. I'm so happy I found this service. The idea of starting subscriptions for my business was a bit daunting as we have tons of SKUs and I'm really glad I found and decided to take a chance on Subify.

Hello! This is a super well done app that makes even the weirdest requests possible! I had some wonder help from Narges in the customer help portal who was patient, kind and helpful throughout the whole process! Excited to see how this continues :-)
