Melika went OVER & BEYOND for me today, especially considering that I am on the free plan! She helped with customizing my widget to match my business and theme colors! Sooo satisfied with my customized widget and Melika answered all of my questions and even offered my a GREAT discount for the upgraded plan. I really appreciate their customer service! A++!! SO glad I downloaded this app! Easy on my end and will be easy for my customers in making changes on their end. Just wish the free version also had customer access to change delivery dates - but I'm sure in due time Subify will have that available as well. Thank you much!

Excellent customer service, even for the free tier. This app took about an hour to set up, including working with their tech support - a small price to pay for a really nice subscription service. Thank you!

After checking a couple of options for a suscription App, I choose that one and so far I can tell I'm very surprised of how easy it is to set it up. What I appreciated the most was the Narge's help for every little detail. She offered me many aesthetically implementation so the design would look nice on the website. I'm very pleased with my experience so far !!

This app is indispensable for my business! The Subify team went above and beyond helping me set up my membership website and quickly answered all my queries (and there were a lot). I couldn't recommend this app enough if you're looking to give access to only paying customers on your website, they have so many tools to help you set this up, and the Subify team are extremely helpful and always prompt to reply. I just downloaded this app after trying another one that would not work for what I am needing. Within seconds after downloading I had a live person messaging me to ask me if I need help. She got me set up and made it look exactly like I want in a very short amount of time. I will come back and review after I put it to the test but the customer service is top notch and it was easy to navigate.

I just started with Subify after researching a lot of other apps on the market for subscription services. This one seems to fit our store's needs the best. I set up my first plan, and I immediately had a popup from Melika in customer service checking on me and making sure that I had everything I needed to get started. She checked over how I had my product set up. She was very helpful and informative. I wish all apps had this kind of customer service. I can't wait to get started with this new app and see what happens. :)

wonderful customer service. I would not have been able to accomplish as much as I did with out the help of Narges. They suggested ways that I could make even more options for my customers and I am very grateful for the assistance as I am new to all of this website tech.

So far, the app looks pretty solid. Simple to use, with a lot of customization options and nicely integrated into the Shopify products catalog. But the best part is the amazing Customer support. I talked with Delaram and she is doing a brilliant work!
