I've been in e-commerce for 8 years. I have NEVER experienced the kind of personal attention I just received here. An actual human helped me do exactly what I needed AND checked on the things I asked her to check to be sure everything was correct. Not once was I just sent a link to some random article that didn't answer my question. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

The team at Subify are beyond amazing, and the app itself reliable and easy to use. Chat assistance is 24/7, and you couldn't ask for better service. My subscriptions are easy to manage, customers are happy, and I get paid quickly. Miles in particular has been outstanding. Very glad I chose Subify.

Customer service was amazing and from what I can see the pricing is really great in comparison to other options. I had an unusual request, it wasn't obvious to me if I could set it up as an option but customer service walked me through it and showed me that almost any configuration is possible. I wanted to use this service to make my products more accessible to my lower income earning customers. This isn't a usual use for subscriptions, it usually more about convenience. I have high hopes that this will be a great service to my customers. Thank you Subify!

At first, I was nervous to use this app, but it was everything I needed for my next business adventure! I was greeted by support staff while using the app on my shopify account and they were and are so helpful, patient, and kind!

Gute App mit vielen Anpassungsmöglichkeiten und sehr gutem und schnellen Support, falls man selbst mal nicht weiter kommt. Habe einige getestet und werde bei dieser App bleiben.

I highly recommend this app for any Shopify store looking to add subscriptions. It’s a powerful tool with excellent features, and the ability to allow customers to modify their subscriptions without canceling is a huge win. My business has seen a significant increase in recurring revenue thanks to this app!

Startups should apply for their Early Stage Program on their Pricing page! They gave me a 77% discount for 4 months to try out their growth plan! This gives my startup a fighting chance especially since we have a tight budget!

support was very helpful after we started the free trial, provided some tips and tricks for us when we were brand new to Subify, and set us up for success within 15 minutes of signing up! Highly recommend!
