i tested it out ... customer service responded fast and i like that .. i did the express shipping so it came faster ... i like that you are able to track the package easy so you know where it is at... the quality is awesome i ordered the basketball shorts... i should have ordered my first sample a long time ago

Subliminator is without a doubt the most reliable and communicative provider out of all the providers I have been using and provides a consistently high-quality product that I have never had a complaint about. Don't listen, or even believe, a lot of these negative reviews. I am a member of the Facebook group of users of Subliminator and the owner of the business is very communicative and helpful, as are the other users (of which there are hundreds or maybe thousands), but we see these people complaining all the time and it's always the same thing: 1. They expect the product to be shipped in 2 days. Subliminator may occasionally take a little longer than other providers, but not by that much. As long as you are transparent about the timeframe, customers are only too happy to wait. 2. People are talking about using other apps like Printify. They absolutely can't compete unless they resell Subliminators hoodies. 3. Many of these people never place an order and complain because they want someone to hold their hand and walk them through it. It's their own incompetence they should be annoyed at. These same people come into the groups and ask everyone for designs, niches, software, providers, "whats the best product". They don't do any research, have no idea, and just want to make money quick and get annoyed when they realise it might take a little effort. Every single product I have sent out has been given rave reviews, with people coming back to buy 5 or more. Customer service is always available during extended working hours (though they aren't 24/7 but that's fine), and they always action a request and get back to you via email if they have to. I just LOVE the way my high school alumni jerseys turned out that I had printed and fulfilled by Subliminator! Everything about my experience with them from mocking up on the website, to ordering, the quality and customer service has been the best. This most recent time, I had a pretty huge order and everything went so smoothly and I’m so thankful. Everything was right on time and the jerseys look amazing.

So I've been using this POD for about 3 years now. They are my go to. For every 10 issues I have with the other big PODs I maybe get one with subliminator. Unlike those others subliminators customer service is always very responsive and quick to fix real issues. The product quality is always top notch and feels very premium. My only complaint is that they don't come out with more items as fast as I'd like but that also has to do with the deep research and development of every product they make. Nothing you create is generic in fit and feel. If every other POD dropped off the market I'd be totally fine running any store with only subliminator products. Also, I'd like to add their Facebook page is always active and the owner constantly answers questions you may have as well as creates videos to show the newest upcoming products and what they are working on. I recommend this one shop above all others to any store

I'm pretty new to using POD and have been using Subliminator for a few months now. Their customer service has been very fast and helpful with getting back to me with any questions, and my first few orders have gone smoothly. I will definitely continue to work with them!

I use subliminator for one year now with over 100 orders until now and I have to say is the best app for my business. I use others too, but the price, quality of products, mock-ups they provide, and of course the support until now is the best that I have experienced out there.

I've been using Subliminator for nearly 5 years now. Their product quality is superb -- arguably the best in the business -- and their customer service is easily the best of any POD platform. Their range of products keeps getting bigger, their pricing is very competitive, and after selling literally THOUSANDS of products through them, I have no plans to go elsewhere. HIGHLY recommended if you're new OR experienced with Print On Demand.

I have actually added and deleted app a few times. I finally added it and started to plan out some designs and ideas, when I ran into a technical issue I just couldn't fix. Knowing it was a late Sunday afternoon I didn't expect a reply but within 10 mins I had a reply and within 30 mins my issue was fixed.. I have not ordered any samples yet or anything but plan to in near future. Customer service was great though! I was reading some other reviews people please take them with a grain of salt, most of them are NOT Subliminator's fault, what I am reading from most is the lack of understanding by the user. Great app and I recommend using express shipping! Give it a try for yourself! UPDATE: Over a Month Later and their Customer service is still super fast and wonderful! So looking forward to working with Subliminator in 2023!

I'm so happy with the purchase, happy holidays " In my experience Subliminator, although made in China are: Better quality that USA Faster shipping than USA Better pricing than USA Faster customer support than USA 5 star all the way.

My company has built nearly our entire brand off print-on-demand, so I'm very well experienced with the most popular (and not so popular) options. When it comes to all-over-print apparel, Subliminator has them all beat HANDS DOWN. I've tried Printful, Kin Custom, MWW On-Demand, LA Sublimination, the list goes on. When it comes to price, product quality, fulfillment time, and product offerings, Subliminator stands out from the pack. Now it's not perfect; they still have a long ways to go when it comes to product creation and their dashboard. The dashboard is painfully slow, and it can be tedious to create multiple products at once. But the owner is VERY communicative in the private Facebook group and always responds to feedback, both positive and negative. Support is quick to respond to issues, although sometimes there can be some back and forth to get a resolution. Despite these pain points, Subliminator still has the best options when it comes to AOP clothing. We use them for all our AOP apparel and have no intentions of changing that anytime soon. Highly recommend this app if you are searching for a POD supplier who is consistent, reliable, and offers a wide range of product options.
