Subscription Plus

The app is very easy for my customers to use, but what sets Subscription Plus apart is the customer service for busy business owners! I wanted to update the layout of my subscription plan and I'm not very tech savvy, Shruti scheduled a call with me to help but I lost internet due to a storm in my area. Shruti, had enough information about what I was trying to accomplish and made the updates and let me know when they were complete! I can't thank her enough! Update: For some odd reason everything on my store went bonkers including my Subscription Plus App... I was panicked because I'm currently running and advertising a subscription promotion. Juan was able to help me immediately and solve everything for me immediately. Love the Subscription Plus app and team!

The support team with Subscription Plus are just superb. In a time when customer service seems sadly lacking with so many apps, the support team with Subscription Plus are simply excellent! Quick to respond, very helpful, patient and efficient in solving all issues, highly recommend this app.

Amazing APP Easy to use and even when I had a issue they quickly hopped on a meeting to not only sort it out but train me to use the app specifically for my use.

They were quick to help even on a Sunday when I hit a wall trying to find the code section that was specified. They jumped right in and got me up and running in a few minutes on the website version I was working on. This builds trust for sure. And its nice that the app is free. Its the main reason I picked this app.

So far so great. I'm a very particular, nit-picky person and their team was so responsive and helpful. They were able to get the widget looking exactly how I wanted (after I kept changing my mind), set it all up, and help me roll over my existing subscriptions from my old service all super quickly.
