Disappointed. The App store says there is a free plan available - there is not. There is only a free 7 day trial, after that there are only paid plans. EDIT TO ADD: The app developers reached out to me to clarify based on my poor review: "To clarify, the free plan is available for stores on the Shopify Development plan, as noted at the bottom of the App Store listing page." To me, this is still a total bait and switch because if there is a caveat it should be clearly and explicitly stated at the TOP of the app store listing page, not at the bottom and certainly not by disguising it with the "free to install, free plan available" as the core pricing advertised for the app when that is strictly available for a certain group of Shopify customers.

Great app! The staff is incredibly responsive and helpful whenever an issue arises. Highly recommend!

Classic bait and switch app. The only functionality is a toggle on/off switch for "gift message", "gift wrap", and "gift receipt". There are zero setting options or customization options. When I toggled on the Gift Message option a 2x2 square of a blurry gift icon took up the entirety of my cart. When I contacted support to see if I was missing the menu option for settings or customization, I was told to grant them full access/permission to my shop and that in the mean time they would let their dev team know. Dev team know what? The app is completely useless. The pro subscription advertises the following and none of this is built into the app to use: Add unlimited paid and free gift wraps Can appear in the cart and product pages 2 design types: Pop up modal & Checkbox Fully customizable design to match style Supports custom checkbox & modal images Attracts attention with visual animation

We truly value all feedback on our app, especially when it helps us improve both the product and our service for the benefit of our users. We'd like to clarify that our app does include all of the features listed under the Pro plan, including multiple display types (modal & checkbox), full design customization, support for cart and product pages, custom images, and more. In this case, the app was being tested on a draft theme, which prevented the features and customization options from appearing as expected. Unfortunately, this led to a misunderstanding of the support representative that assisted you, and we agree that the experience could have been handled better. Our support team only requests theme access when it’s necessary to properly diagnose theme-related behavior.
