Great service and simple to use, just works. Limited functionality and customisability. We needed to allocate gifts to specific products but this can't be done on this app. Formatting is a bit weird if you want to add additional text. The devs were surprisingly willing to help and knowledgeable about what can and can't be done with their app, so I commend them for this! Thanks for your service.

Update: Since now they have fixed the issue for me. I'm updating my review. I hope they could do a better job communicating but they did fix the issue for me. This has to be the worst app ever. The major issue is the developer is impossible to communicate with. They said they can't have a cancel button for the popup, so you have to save your gift option, you can't close the window without saving. How ridiculous. Then I sent them the screenshots over and over again telling them there should a cancel button, they JUST don't get what I mean, or they pretend they didn't see it or something. They are totally lacking both communication skill and technical skills. Avoid at all cost.

Simple to install, plug in and easy to make the changes I needed to language/style etc and no coding needed at all to make it look good o Choice of text colours/fonts and pick your own photo… really simple and effective. Im super happy so far - just what I’d hoped for for my website :)

I tried a few gifting apps, but this one seemed best. Excellent support, fast response and hard working.

It looks good on our pages and is pretty easy to set up. Just need a way to integrate with ShipStation and post a separate packing slip.

Developer was able to have the font changed to match my site. Just wish the gift message feature would print on the packing slip without needing an additional app.

I haven't officially launched my online store, however the app seems to do exactly what I'm looking for. The customer service has also been prompt and helpful. Looking forward to launching and seeing it work in action :)

The application is working well and as expected. I would give it 5 star if not for the fact that you can't have a wrap by product. Hope the functionality will be added in the future.

This app does what it advertises but warning if you are using ReCharge app for subscription orders: this app is not compatible with ReCharge. It forces the customer to stay in Shopify's checkout instead of moving into ReCharge's and gives them a "SOLD OUT" error message on subscription products (preventing them from making the purchase). 4 stars because the app works well for one-time purchases.

Very easy to install... Will try out the app for a while and then will update my review. For the time I've used it, works fine.

I haven't used it quite yet, so I can't comment on how it works, but so far customer service has been great!

I have note really used the app yet, but it looks as though it will definately do what I need it to do. I have however experienced the most amazing level of service from the team behind the app, Shahar was very quick to get back to me, and extremely quick to fix my issue. Apart from that Shahar was really friendly. I would for that reason recommend this app, customer service is key.
