Easy installation. customer support replied quickly when I had a question. Perfect set-up. Looks clean on our cart page.

The app was good, but the app did not work with Paypal. When they tried to fix it, they changed a lot of things in my cart page, like removing important bottoms. They did not notice the things they changed, so I had to contact them multiple times, for them to fix it. At the end, I had to remove the whole app...

We have an issue that it doesn't work right of the box with the theme we use. Contacted support and the issue is rectified in 1 day. Awesome customer service!

customer service is really fast :) installation was very quick and easy. i had a question and they were able to address it within the day. the gift feature works well on my site, allows customers to add a note, and allows us to charge a custom price for gift wrapping.

I used this app for my gift shop. It is a great app to have if you are selling gifts. I love it very much. It is very simple and easy for customers to use. I highly recommend it to anyone who would like to give it a try. The support I got when I had a couple of issues with the app is very helpful. I was able to resolve my problem quickly with the app's creator's help. Thank you so much.

I haven't officially launched my online store, however the app seems to do exactly what I'm looking for. The customer service has also been prompt and helpful. Looking forward to launching and seeing it work in action :)

I have thought about adding a service like this for several months and when I stumbled across this one yesterday, while looking for something else, I quick downloaded it and got it setup with the provided super easy instructions. I just needed a simple, easy way for customers to include gift messages with their orders. What I like most about this app is that customers create their gift message on the actual product page before adding to cart.

I've now got a good looking checkbox for adding gift notes for £1.00. I had a couple formatting requests which were completed by the developer within half an hour. Cracking service and great product!

So far so good. It is really easy to set up and does exactly what we need it to do. I needed help and got a response right away. I also asked for a feature a few months ago when I first tried it out; to be able to add the gift message to Order Printer, and within a short time they made that functionality available. Way to go! Thanks so much.

I love this app! I use it for the gift card message only and it works great on my store. The support team i quick to respond and very helpful with adding code to move the message card input box to a better location for my store. Highly recommended.

super easy, 2 minutes and everything is good to go! and the subscription fees are reasonable especially for the small/micro businesses
