customer service is really fast :) installation was very quick and easy. i had a question and they were able to address it within the day. the gift feature works well on my site, allows customers to add a note, and allows us to charge a custom price for gift wrapping.

I just needed a simple, easy way for customers to include gift messages with their orders. What I like most about this app is that customers create their gift message on the actual product page before adding to cart.

I've now got a good looking checkbox for adding gift notes for £1.00. I had a couple formatting requests which were completed by the developer within half an hour. Cracking service and great product!

So far so good. It is really easy to set up and does exactly what we need it to do. I needed help and got a response right away. I also asked for a feature a few months ago when I first tried it out; to be able to add the gift message to Order Printer, and within a short time they made that functionality available. Way to go! Thanks so much.

This app does what it advertises but warning if you are using ReCharge app for subscription orders: this app is not compatible with ReCharge. It forces the customer to stay in Shopify's checkout instead of moving into ReCharge's and gives them a "SOLD OUT" error message on subscription products (preventing them from making the purchase). 4 stars because the app works well for one-time purchases.

The perfect "gift wrapping app" a lot of our customers been asking for a gift option. App does what it promises and works great. Simple and easy to setup and use. Support's been very responsive and helpful adapting it to our site.

This application is great to give our customers the option to have a tick box to select "I'm a gift". The customer support team was exceptional in response time and making the requested changes. One downside of the application is that customers can't simply check the tick box but there has to be another pop up, a kind of double opt in. It's really only a minor turn off and the team customised this for us so it's not that bad really. Overall highly recommend the application!
