This is the 5th gift app I tried and this is the one for us. Simple set up -- it showed up immediately and so did all the changes I made (not my experience when I played with other apps). The "products" --wrapping, messaging, and receipts -- are separate so it doesn't look funky if you only want to use 1 piece of it (not my experience when I played with other apps). Worked instantly with drawer carts (not true with other apps). I wanted the location to change slightly and their dev team had that done in minutes and their communication was super clear.
Great App, easy to install, incredibly easy to use, first class support and developer followup, and last but not least, so pleased to have this as part of our shop, regards Steve

Working well and the customer service (and tech support) is amazing! We're still figuring out the best way to set up the option for customers to select a gift receipt - and then how to actually print that on our end. But again, the tech support is great and I'm confident we can get this figured out soon.
Easy to use and convenient to add multiple gift wraps options. Customer service is nice and resolves issues very quickly. I recommend this app.
