Using the app for roughly six months now, does what it sets out to do without any issues thus far, love the customization options. The app developer is also very responsive with a quick turnaround on any questions/concerns.

Still need to experience the apps functionality, but it seems to be a perfect fit for us. Why this 5-star rating? We had some issues to connect the gifting options to our ERP, but they changed the codes and solved the issue within 15 minutes! 5- star service!!!!

Brilliant customer service. There were some tweaks that I needed fixed and this was done right away. Function is nice and simple which is exactly what I needed. Still waiting to see how it improves sales. However really pleased with how it works. There is a lot more functionality that I don't use. I would highly recommend.

Love this app! We offer gift packaging and this app makes it so easy for our customers to add it to their cart. The app is very customizable and the customer service is excellent. I had an issue and they were able to fix it within minutes.

The app works well to add a custom gift message and three different gift box sizes as an upsell on product and cart pages. I needed the checkbox moved on our product pages and the support in the app's chat was able to fix it for me quickly. Thanks!
