UPDATED: The developers managed to solve the issue within a few days. I recommend it for store owners using Superfaktura. Thank you. The app works well overall and has a lot of potential, but there is one serious issue for merchants in Slovakia and the Czech Republic or elsewhere where COD is accepted. When an order is paid by Cash on Delivery, the invoice is generated with the order date instead of the delivery/payment date. This causes problems with VAT compliance and makes it very difficult to use for COD sales. Also it can be very time consuming to fix this manually. Support is also quite slow, which makes it harder to resolve these issues quickly. If the invoicing logic for COD could be adjusted to reflect the correct delivery/payment date, this app would be a great solution. I really hope the team addresses this, because otherwise the app is very solid.

Our goal is to ensure invoices reflect the correct delivery/payment date for COD orders so that VAT compliance is handled properly without extra manual work. Update April 2025: After reaching out to them, they were very helpful and responsive. They have begun developing a new POS integration feature for us, which was not previously part of their offering. Previous review: 3/5 stars Their app doesn't work with POS integration.
Currently, POS is not one of our features, but we plan to add it soon! 😊 I hope you'll reconsider once it's released. In the meantime, I'm happy to assist you with anything else.

UPDATE DECEMBER 2024: After contacting them, they were very helpful. They admitted their mistake and promised to provide all the missing invoices. I also received 6 months free as an apology, which I really appreciate. I hope this integration will now work as it should, and I can definitely recommend this app to everyone. ORIGINAL REVIEW 2*: After using this app for three months, I found out it doesn’t work correctly. Some of my orders didn’t transfer to Superfaktúra through the integration, which caused a lot of problems in my accounting. Now I have to spend days fixing everything manually, which is very frustrating. If I didn’t already have a yearly subscription to Superfaktúra, I would look for another solution. Customer support is also not that fast. The app has a good idea, but it caused me more trouble than help. I can only give it 2 stars because it broke my accounting system.
