SureBright has been an absolute game-changer for our store. Setup was fast, the interface is intuitive, and the support team went above and beyond to help us get everything live smoothly. Implementing the SureBright app was straightforward. The platform has proven to be highly reliable and user friendly, giving us an effective way to offer extended warranties. After searching for the right "Extended Warranty" option for my customers and being unhappy with most options for one reason or another, I was very happy to find SureBright. This is the perfect addition to my store and will help my customers feel confident in high ticket furniture purchases where a manufacturer warranty does not cover enough. The set up support from Yu Hei has been fantastic. The integration was seamless. The widget itself is beautiful. I recommend this for anyone looking to extend coverage options for their customers.

So far we are extremely happy with the service and outcome. The design blends well with our site and we are thrilled with the amount of people that choose an extended warranty couple with their product purchase. Highly recommend for those selling products that could benefit from extended warranties as it is a great opportunity for additional revenue and or provide peace of mind to your customers.

So far so good. Amazing service with everything from implementation to pricing and whatnot. Have not dealt with a claim or anything, but they say we won't have to anyways. Considering that to be true, 5 star review at this point.... Would recommend.

Worked with Yu Hei and Sanket in integrating SureBright into our store. We came from CPS Warranty because their customer service was not great. SureBright was very easy to work with, and very communicative. I had quite a few demands for ensuring that the customer experience was a positive one, and they had no problems meeting them. They were also able to bend some of their warranty policies to match ours. So far so good!
