HS Slide Cart Drawer Upsell

Their customer care has kept me waiting for 4 months for changes I've paid for, they asked me to borrow them $2,000 USD - tried to charge me for 180 hours of work for some small changes. Deeply dissapointed in the way they've treated me.

Chased customer care for 3 months now. Cart doesn't work with international currency and GWP broke causing headaches for customers and dropped our CVR. Highly suggest not using this app. I tried to jump in the backend every day for the last week and it doesn't even work, can't edit anything its just a blank screen. We now use Rebuy.

We've been using the cart upsell and / reward discount for sometime now and it drives a good amount of extra revenue. Great customer support and easy to use too!

This app has terrible customer service. Brigette was rude, unhelpful, and completely uninterested when I asked how to add a rewards option to the cart. It felt like she couldn’t be bothered to help, really disappointing experience.

Amazing cart slider. Highly recommended after experiencing it 1st hand. Please add feature that shows the available coupon. this functionality is missing for 99% of the checkout slider apps available on shopify. If this feature is introduced, it will be a game changer.

Probably the best cart app I have ever seen! I use it on 3 of my shops as it allows to upsell products and works seamlessly. Support responded to my request like in 10 minutes, wow!
