Facing troubles for weeks, the APP won't work anymore, First, back on Feb 23rd 2026, someone from support named Nyle M. told me ''your store's Yotpo Loyalty admin is currently archived'' Than on Feb 25th, Jv Orais said ''R&D is still working on this request'' Since... no news, we are March 3rd.... I'm quite unsatisfied and frustrated. Some of my clients are on my back asking for their credit to be applied to their order and I can't. This means I'm going to have to pay them. Not impressed at all..... very disapointed.

We understand how difficult it must have been to deal with this while your customers were expecting their credits to work properly. After investigating the issue, our team confirmed that the account had been archived. We were able to verify the account and restore it, and we’re glad to confirm that the issue has now been resolved. We also recognize that the resolution took longer than expected. Following this case, we worked closely with our Product team to improve the process so similar situations can be handled faster in the future. Nyle was absolutely amazing assisting me with my inquiry. He was patient and very resourceful with my request, along with making sure that I had all the information I needed be for we ended our chat today. The chat option is very helpful and easy to use. The links that Nyle provide were super helpful, and detailed, along with the explanation of what to look for and how to resolve the issue. Thank you!!
