In general, the app works fine. It is, however, very unfriendly for multi-language websites. When acquiring you as a customer, they tell you that everything can be translated. It is only after onboarding that you find out it is not the case. There is a lack of documentation on translations, and some functionality can't be translated at all. Be aware.
Yotpo chat service is great! Very helpful, fast and able to understand my issues and questions. Nyle M was especially helpful setting up and clarifying earning rules.

the chat support is really good.
It was quite difficult for us to implement a new tool seeing as we were migrating from another, but the Yotpo support team (especially Gabriel S) are highly responsive and pick up every ticket we sent them in the 2 weeks post launch. We appreciate the quick response & turnaround even though there were quite some bugs / issues with our launch (that was specific to our previous set up). Thanks Gabriel for helping us make sense of all the new data!
John B was friendly and helpful, 5 stars for customer service but 4 stars as he wasn't able to resolve the problem, I may have to contact them again if it doesn't resolve on its own.
Alyssa was of great help. My only frustration was the conflicting information I was receiving. I appreciate Alyssa's patience and help with the issue I had.
Arven was very helpful. It took a while for understanding to occur and a lot of screenshots and reiteration, but we finally got there in the end.

We transitioned from Smile rewards. I must say we have had almost zero hiccups and we have been transitioned for about 8 weeks. The Yotpo team has been very helpful and crucial in the transition. My only reason for 4 stars is because Yotpo seems to be growing to quickly. It takes a long time to get chat or phone support. Please add more staff. You have a good product , your customers are growing please make sure we are supported.

Customer Service is very responsive, but scheduled calls were not delivered, resulting in a lot of wasted time We do not wish to give outside developers access to our shopify admin but despite making this clear the developer insisted on asking for grant access All we want is to get a quick 10 minute walk through to delete yotpo code that is been a few days and many emails back and forth

The interface is a little clunky as is the support documentation, however, the customer service team are great and at your disposal should you need any guidance which is a real help.

fatima did a great job of assisting me with all of my questions, 10/10 customer service. the app itself though could use some updating like we should be able to edit the "create account" and Log in button to match our theme but instead its stays black and changing the size of the button "earn rewards" is kinda difficult to do
Had some start problems, but then we got some great help from support and now the app works like a charm!
I recently installed the Yopto rewards app for a client. I cannot thank Jerrah enough for the outstanding support and patience in walking me through the finer details of the customization and setup.
My success person is helpful. When I have had questions they are answered immediately. Chat support is fantastic. I think my biggest complaint is how "plain" everything looks! The rewards modules are kind of clunky and the triggered emails are very plain. For the cost of the program I would expect something more sleek. However, it works. I have not had issues with the point system (other than it's a bit complicated for my old customers to learn at first). I'm moving to a new email provider that integrates with Swell/Yotpo. I'm hoping to just move my triggered emails over there for a better customer experience.
I like that the text can be changed so that it can work for all languages. I dont like that theres no one to speak to on the phone - only via chat, as I think it would be a lot more efficient that way. However Jerrah from the chat was great and helped me a lot to get me up and running
We've used this app for a while for rewards and it's been great however there's been a lot of bugs and issues - partially due to our semi complex set up but also partially due to not clear explanation of point earnings/deductions.. Thankfully had Jiemer helped me with a recent ticket. Thank you Jiemer!
The reports are not currently working so we still have to request it from your support team. Thankful however for a very responsive support team but it would be better if we can extract it on ourselves so we don't have to bother/trouble anyone.
Really great support from Ritchie. That said, the first (free tier) is really quite limited for us startups. I get the point that they want to incentivise paid plans, but that can be done more intelligently / in a way that supports small startups and creates more brand loyalty with Yotpo.
