We use this at www.zisanzo.com for our watches referral program and its great. Gives us a chance to reward our customers :)

The support was great until you're actually a paying customer. Then it dropped off and all but disappeared. Swell never worked on the POS. Support wasn't helpful. Then I downgraded to the free account, my shop qualifies, but I'm still locked out with the app demanding payment and once again support hasn't helped.

WOW! TOP OF THE LINE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Josh spent an hour on the phone with me when I signed up..not to mention that the best time for me to do a call was around 9pm when I got home from running my shop. He was happy to be available. I have yet to see a loyalty app that is as incredible as this one! The cost for the quality is untouchable. We were even able to cancel another paid app because Swell had us covered as far as functionality goes! Just got up and going and are extremely satisfied so far! :-)

I wanted to capture visitors' contact information by offering incentives, so I was looking for an app to facilitate it. Swell does that and more. You can set up an entire loyalty program. It has a user-friendly interface and is easy to set up. When I had questions, Josh and Amanda were very quick to respond. I added a newsletter sign-up pop-up and received first registrations right away. A loyalty program will be next. Overall, it's a great app! www.MotorcycleScanner.com

I this reward program.it is very helpful for new business that have small budgets. I love all of the things that if offers for the customer . I am excited to see how it works out with the launch of my store.

This is a very helpful app to keep track of new and existing customers. Saves me a lot of time trying to take note of when a customer signed up, and how many points they have. It's a great way to add to your newsletter signups too.

Awesome app, i was a bit doubtful at first but gave it a go anyways and results were greater than i thought,. Go on people have a GO. All 'S WELL with SWELL rewards..

Love this app!! Would definitely recommend to a friend. It's very easy to use and offers an array of customizable options. We just enabled the newsletter pop up on our site and it looks amazing. Out of all the free apps offering this particular function Swell has by far the best setup! Thanks Swell.
