Not as simple as I thought it would be, and I'm still trying to read/learn everything I can about Swell. Thought it would be more like a one-click option

For a computer illiterate person such as myself, I loved how intuitive and easy to set up this app was! My business is still in its infancy so I'm using this opportunity to get all my favorite apps up and running for my page before I really start uploading my inventory, and I'm very excited about this incentive/coupon app as my way to get repeat business. To top it off, I did submit a question that I had to the Swell people, got an answer the next day and it solved my problem. I love when a company does everything they can do not let questions go unanswered.

I am so excited about this app. I have tried different forms of Rewards programs and this one has been the easiest to set up and the look is very professional. If I had questions, they were super quick to respond.

A great app for any small business or start up being free for 100 customers a month. The live chat support I can't fault with quick response even out of office hours. Give it a try you wont be disappointed.

We have a new store on Shopify but we cant wait to use SWELL once we go live. The set up was really easy and the utube tutorial is mega helpful. Dont delay get this app today you wont be dissappointed. La Boudoir Coquette

The 'how-to' videos are extremely thorough and simple! Helped a lot when setting up our account :)

The free version was quick to set up and hassle-free. Customization helped it fit in with my store's theme and it was good to go within minutes!

So far, so good! Swell is very easy to navigate. I haven't launched my rewards program yet, so I'll probably update this review once I do.
