Yotpo: Loyalty Rewards Program

I realised a week into running this app that if your monthly order count on your store reaches 100 you will need to pay for this app at its price structure at that particular time (which could potentially be more than it is now) as all your customers will lose access to their rewards that they earned if you decline. So I paused the app for now to contemplate this. This app was super easy to install and yeah, you will probably have a few questions at first as I did, but the chat feature, Josh, is right there to help. My questions were mostly "glitch" related - something they knew about and are working on fixing for me. I also did not know I had to create the coupon codes, an extra step that is really easy once you view the video (Josh sent me the link to the video as I must have missed it during the integration process). Creating the coupon codes took about 15 -20 minutes, but I am not that tech savvy and that included watching the video.

Very easy to set up. Looking forward to using this :)

Best customer service of all the apps I've downloaded!

So far so good! Easy to install and customize, definitely intrigued customers. Customer support was on their toes to let us know they were available if we needed them, which we love!

We LOVE this app so far! Easy to install, nice customizable layout that matches my theme color and very user friendly. Customer support was quick and efficient. Reward points are calculated immediately after customers fulfill a campaign. The Free version has got more than enough features for us so far. It's a MUST HAVE app! Thank you guys!!

support - awesome! I was able to use the chat feature at 10pm on Sunday night. user friendly - even more awesome! very easy to set up! I have been looking for an easy rewards program and this seems to fit the bill. easy to connect it to Facebook, Twitter and your blog (via visit a page). I used the bulk discounts app and generated 100's of coupon codes with ease. "Swell" job Swell Rewards!

These guys are fast...Real fast customer service..My facorites are Swell and Supple apps.. I hope they keep going like that..

I've just started using the app, and so far so good! The customer service is right on. Immediately I had an answer to my question and even received personalization for the app on my website. The design fits in really well with my shopify template. Very very happy with these guys. Excited to see my customers make use of this awesome rewards program.

Just started using Swell, but it looks like a very well designed program. It was the easiest app ever to install, and I had it configured with about 10 minutes of simple work. You will also need to get the Bulk Discount Creator from Shopify, but it's very simple to use. Great chat support too. See it running on my site MauiTropicalSoaps.com

Super easy to set up and I love the fact that it can be customised to visually integrate into a website. This is the only rewards app that also allows social engagement rewards and friend referral rewards within their free plan. It covers all bases of what you'd expect from a rewards programme. The support from these guys is AMAZING (so fast, so helpful) !!! I can't recommend this app and the support behind it highly enough. 10/10

The customer service was indeed swell (pun totally intended)! We're very excited about the new tools to make work easier for us, and right now the app is definitely the one we've been looking for.

This app has to be BEST rewards program. Simple and easy to use. Since downloading SWELL I have had an increase in sales. I wish I was using this app earlier. Thank you Josh for walking me thru everything. I appreciate you. A must for your business.

Have just started using it. Seems pretty easy to set up and use, specially on a Shopify Store. I have given it 4 stars as today is just the first day. Over time, with use I hope that I am able to give it a 5 star. I have had swell for some time now. Customers seem to have gotten points but no rewards have yet been claimed. I am looking forward to getting the customers coming back to claim rewards for the points earned by them.

Just started using it today. Already it's super easy. Looks like it will be a great asset to my shop. And, they have great customer service as well. Highly recommend!

They have an amazing customer service. I asked for clarifications and many new features and they are really receptive. I don't give them 5 stars just because they lack in some basic features it seems they are going to implement soon. Anyway I tried all the top loyalty apps available in the market and no one has so many points rules as Swell Rewards

Excellent customer service and technical support. Quit worrying about your loyalty program, and install Swell Rewards. Simple plug n' play, easy to configure, and very customizable. One of the founders, James, even took time to help me configure some strange requests for our store. Got it all up and running within 5 minutes, and our customers are loving it! Increasing sign ups, purchases, and customer retention rates. Huge thanks to the Swell Staff for being so awesome!!

We are very excited to start using Swell! It already had most of the features that we were looking for and the customization to make our program come together. They are also setting up some custom features for us right away to help make our rewards program the perfect system for our company!! Way to go Swell Rewards!
