I've just started using the app, and so far so good! The customer service is right on. Immediately I had an answer to my question and even received personalization for the app on my website. The design fits in really well with my shopify template. Very very happy with these guys. Excited to see my customers make use of this awesome rewards program.

I've been looking for a reward program for some time to use with my soy candle store that I run through Shopify. After reading many great reviews regarding Swell's ease of integration with Shopify and their excellent customer, I decided to go with them. The setup was one click of the mouse and customizing the campaigns for my needs was very simple. Josh was right there to answer my questions. Just started using Swell, but it looks like a very well designed program. It was the easiest app ever to install, and I had it configured with about 10 minutes of simple work. You will also need to get the Bulk Discount Creator from Shopify, but it's very simple to use. Great chat support too. See it running on my site MauiTropicalSoaps.com

Great app! Great support! Was looking for the right referral & loyalty app for a long time. Was confused by many offers that not clear and overpriced. Swell is easy to setup, configure, and looks great in our shop www.onedtq.com

Super easy to set up and I love the fact that it can be customised to visually integrate into a website. This is the only rewards app that also allows social engagement rewards and friend referral rewards within their free plan. It covers all bases of what you'd expect from a rewards programme. The support from these guys is AMAZING (so fast, so helpful) !!! I can't recommend this app and the support behind it highly enough. 10/10

This app has to be BEST rewards program. Simple and easy to use. Since downloading SWELL I have had an increase in sales. I wish I was using this app earlier. Thank you Josh for walking me thru everything. I appreciate you. A must for your business.

Have just started using it. Seems pretty easy to set up and use, specially on a Shopify Store. I have given it 4 stars as today is just the first day. Over time, with use I hope that I am able to give it a 5 star. I have had swell for some time now. Customers seem to have gotten points but no rewards have yet been claimed. I am looking forward to getting the customers coming back to claim rewards for the points earned by them.

They have an amazing customer service. I asked for clarifications and many new features and they are really receptive. I don't give them 5 stars just because they lack in some basic features it seems they are going to implement soon. Anyway I tried all the top loyalty apps available in the market and no one has so many points rules as Swell Rewards

Excellent customer service and technical support. Quit worrying about your loyalty program, and install Swell Rewards. Simple plug n' play, easy to configure, and very customizable. One of the founders, James, even took time to help me configure some strange requests for our store. Got it all up and running within 5 minutes, and our customers are loving it! Increasing sign ups, purchases, and customer retention rates. Huge thanks to the Swell Staff for being so awesome!!

We are very excited to start using Swell! It already had most of the features that we were looking for and the customization to make our program come together. They are also setting up some custom features for us right away to help make our rewards program the perfect system for our company!! Way to go Swell Rewards!

S'well worth the free trial!! Simple to use interface and easy to implement. PLUS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! We asked for a few features and they jumped on it quick. The new newsletter pop-up for a sign-up discount just got installed a week after we mentioned it to them... Thanks again! :)

Just got started. Everything is so seamless and simple. Had no issues till now. The new updates are amazing as the customization gives us a scope for linking our brand's theme. Great App. Go for it.

I haven't completed set up yet (getting all of my new shopify options set up) but so far it's easy! I'm getting excellent customer support and looking forward to blasting the news of the new (new to my business) rewards program I know I'm going to love it and so are my customers!

The costumer assistance guy wrote me after couple of day from my first review stating that pagespeed problems were fixed, this quite amazed me as usually reaction time for this kind of request take months. I just tested the app again and I still have -7 points on mobile and -4 for desktop on https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/insights/ Sorry guys this won't work for my site.

These guys are unreal, always answering my chats super fast. The flexibility in the campaigns is much better and there isn't commission to pay out after each sale. Loving the work so far and looking forward to getting this app working hard for us.
