Yotpo: Loyalty Rewards Program

Setting up Swell was relatively easy and even rather fun. I am looking forward to seeing how Swell increases referrals and repeat traffic. 2016-10-17: Update - Continues to work well with minimal upkeep.

Swell Rewards is by far the best shopify rewards program out there. The free version comes with tons of flexibility and features, and the paid version allows you to more seamlessly integrate the program into your store. The support is fast and courteous - Josh helped me set the program up and gave some great advice on how the program could be tweaked to best suit my needs. A plus app!

Swell is aptly named.. this is a great loyalty program with excellent support. Highly recommended! We are currently using it in our shop www.cigarpimp.com and have seen a drastic improvement in customer loyalty.

Ecommerce is an amazing journey of connecting to others to deliver what feeds their soul. Swell Rewards has proved to be an extremely useful tool and addition to my site - rewarding people for their interaction in an easy to track and use way is powerful! For a computer illiterate person such as myself, I loved how intuitive and easy to set up this app was! My business is still in its infancy so I'm using this opportunity to get all my favorite apps up and running for my page before I really start uploading my inventory, and I'm very excited about this incentive/coupon app as my way to get repeat business. To top it off, I did submit a question that I had to the Swell people, got an answer the next day and it solved my problem. I love when a company does everything they can do not let questions go unanswered.

So far, so good! Swell is very easy to navigate. I haven't launched my rewards program yet, so I'll probably update this review once I do.

I have only been using the app for two months or so. I have accumulated a few email addresses since that time. I can not give it a true assessment at this time but I can say that people are signing up for the program points. That is a good thing. I am going to continue to use it to build an email list.

I tested a few of these types of apps trying to figure out which one would work best for me. Going through the setup of a few of the competitors, something was always missing. This one had it all and worked smoothly. Each of the others has its' individual advantages, but I found Swell to have the most advantages and fit my overall needs best. In addition, the staff is extremely helpful. They respond quickly and I have never had to go too long without having my question answered. Swell work, Swell!

This is by far the best web app I've ever used! Customers can ask questions and get answers in real time! They also have a Tidio Chat android app which I have on my cell phone so I can respond no matter where I am! It also shows you what the customer is typing as they're typing so you can start typing your response before they're even finished so they don't have to wait around. Swell is the best app for customer loyalty programs!

Love the app. We had a bit learning curve with set-up but really like the results. We see a major increase in orders and returning customers, many of them often express interest in having their account and liking their rewards!
