Really fantastic program. Default sets you up just enough to get started immediately but enough customization to make it your own (without overwhelming you with choices). Highly highly recommended!

This app has been great so far. It has a lot of features for a loyalty rewards program. Best of all, it's free if you have 100 orders or less each month. One thing they are missing right now is automatically syncing new email captures to your list. Hope they can add that soon.

Best app i have used to date. Simple to navigate and understand, make sure you watch the videos they send when you get started, very helpful. They are super responsive if you have any questions and aren't afraid to tell you what direction they are heading. Can't wait to see what else they do, this is a must have!

This app is a must have. Creating a loyalty program for your customers is what so many buyers look at now a days. The support from Swell Rewards is top notch. Have a problem, just send a message they will give you the support you need to get it done right. Robert

Love this app! It's so easy to setup and easy to use. My customers are already loving it. I really feel like this will help increase sales!

Wow, an incredibly robust loyalty program even at the Free level with top notch customer service. Twice I had to reach out to Josh through Chat (my own oversights) and within a few minutes he explained what I needed to know in a friendly, professional manner. There is a direct Chat portal in the Swell admin page, they make setting it up and getting support as easy as can be.

Swell changed there system slightly so the video was out of date. This is due to be redone shortly so future users won't have the same experience, The video would have been a problem but the live customer support guided me through the set up step by step. Very helpful thank you Josh

I was blown away by the amount you can customize the rewards program now. This is the rewards app to get when you care about branding. Great pricing structure too.

There are some weeks I tried this app. I thought it was perfect, design and easy to setup. The only problem was that we could not translate the text. I asked the team if they thought put this option. They did this in a week and now everything is perfect !!! I was very excited to find this app because it's the only rewards app that can be translated! Mailchimp and ios app coming ? Really perfect ! I am buying the pro version now.

Recently I just made the switch to Swell Rewards and I am REALLY happy that I did. This app is really easy to use and it is simple to set up. When you click on the rewards tab off your website, it LOOKS AWESOME and very professional. I think customers will find it very easy to follow and to have instant access to their code for the discount is great. Also, Swell did some upgrading on the app which really makes for better customization. Josh in Customer Support is absolutely fabulous in helping when you have questions. Thank you so much and I really look forward to using this app.

The best customer loyalty app out there. We've been working with Josh since the major update today to work through any bugs that have come up and most have been fixed within minutes. The customisability, quality, functionality and support are absolutely second to none! Reading the reviews of others before installing Swell helped to reassure me. And boy were they right! So I thought I'd repay the favor. Josh has provided tremendous customer service and patiently answered all of my questions. As for the app itself, it's absolutely the solution we were searching for and some! We were trying to find a way to provide rewards to customers for referrals and repay them for their loyalty. Swell does all of this and does so seamlessly. Awesome app, and the free features are amazing. There were a couple of bugs but the Swell team has been on it and I've already seen improvements. Customer service has been excellent. Recommended.

This App is definitely one of the best on Shopify. Very simple to install and use. I have not yet needed to contact support So I cannot comment there But just the fact that I haven't needed to seek support is enough to give it 5 stars I have been reassessing email capture and have decided Swell Rewards seems to do it best so far! Thanks Swell and Keep up the good work
