Just got the app today! I'm looking forward to increasing customer retention and traffic with Swell. The system is easy to use. The customer service is great! I look forward to the future of this application as it continuously develops!

I am just starting it out, but thee customer support has been outstanding so far, and the app pretty easy to use after you get the hang of it.

Fantastic App! It was exactly what we were looking for in regards to offering a sophisticated Rewards Program that easily manages the nuts and bolts for you. You can not go wrong with this app!

The fact that you have the ability to customize as much as you can with the free account is incredible! Make sure you watch the YouTube video on how to set up coupons because I did it completely wrong. Great app! I can't wait to watch customers join my loyalty program and watch my store gain revenue! Thanks Swell!

The app works flawless so far and the customer support is very nice, professional and fast! So good and if you're shop is new, you can use it for free!

Beautiful app!! Amazing for so many reasons! 1. Free to start! 2. A simple, yet great looking admin area thats also mobile-friendly! 3. Already set up for you!! 4. Amazing customer service. 5. Integrates beautifully with shopify. I am extremely pleased with this app and can't wait to see how my customers like it!

You Guys! Listen to me when I tell you that this app saved my store. For people like myself that aren't tech savvy at all, I mean AT ALL, you should definitely take advantage of their customer service. It is EXCEPTIONAL! With just one email explaining to them what I needed their help with (which was EVERYTHING, lol) they not only answered all of my questions, but you guys, they went ahead and repaired a glitch for me that affected my store. I DIDN’T HAVE TO DO ANYTHING! I just told them what I was wrong, and the next day, it was all done. Best of all, their service was FREE! Yes, FREE. Most stores charge a hefty price for the service of a technician, but not SWELL REWARDS. BEST REWARDS APP!!!! I cant express enough, how in love I am with this app. If I could give it another star, I most certainly would. This app does exactly what it was advertised to do. PHENOMENAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!

We are using this app now and I love it! Looks great on the website and is very easy to understand for the store owners and the customers to keep track of their accounts. It has some nice backend features where you can add reward points. Has easy to use email features to inform past customers of your new program. And those past customers/transactions auto load into this app so no need to worry about past sales. And when it comes to assistance, Josh is very informative and quick to respond via chat. Probably the easiest help session Ive had with any online app. I recommend using this if you want to have a rewards program that is functional, easy to manage, looks great, & has superb service!

Haven't seen it in action yet, but the features are great! You get a lot more for free and the upgrades are very reasonable

If you're looking for a rewards app you can stop your search. I have gone through all the apps I could find within the app store, compared the features and Swell is by far the best. It is easy to install and works seamlessly. On top of that their support has been second to none. If you're put off by this app because it doesn't have many reviews, don't be. I've just moved from an app that had over 150 reviews as this one is so much better.

Extremely friendly UI. Fast response and resolution to 2 questions. Took only a few minutes to set up and now it looks reallllly pretty :) I tried several competitors and am most please with these guys. Also Pinterest and Instagram are coming in future updates FYI. This was important to me.

Great customer service! Also they have many options these other guys make you pay for. Over all I love this app and it has helped my company exponentially! The conversion rate was insane ... Like really.
