This app is easy to use and I expect it to help my store!
Better than the other apps I have seen with way more affordable features on the lower prices version. Once I see this works I may ugrade to the premium.
The app is great, works well, great support team. If you are hesitating on an awards program for your site, just try this free version and ask all the questions you want, they will help you.

Excellent app and the support is just as good. Dzenita and DJ were responsive, helped us through some migration issues, always found a solution, and promptly took care of everything we requested and needed. The app itself was easy to set up, and although we only just launched the program, we're expecting to see good results. After comparison with other apps, we know we made a good decision when we settled on Swell. The app offers great features, and the support staff care. Very happy!

Just started using swell and it's great! I love that I don't have to pay as a starting plan and can upgrade later, it really helps support the new start ups. Also, very easy to use and integrates the full loyalty program with emails and all. Love it :)

Great APP Super easy to work with.
It's quite powerful but some good features are restricted to expensive paid plans. Newsletter signup does NOT trigger Mailchimps double opt in so potentially letting 1000's of bots register to your newsletter so I had to disable this function. Update: the support has been helpful.

I've tried a few rewards and referral apps, but Swell is the one that stuck. Very reasonable pricing for the customization options you get and the support is stellar. Kudos!
Very easy to use and solved a lot of problems I had with my theme. Ex. My newsletter signup was in the footer.

This review is initially based off of what I am seeing and they are supposed to be reaching out to me soon to go over why they are using all orders to calculate the charge. At least they are responsive. I'll update as we work through this issue. I started this App up last week, and at least half of the orders were never placed when the App was being used, so that struck me as incorrectly counting orders towards charging a fee. I also place manual orders through our shipping App to ship company documents, as well as replacement orders, returns, etc, and those are not true customer placed orders, so I do not think it's fair to utilize this metric as a basis for charging and I hope they're willing to fix this or work out a better resolve, so we'll wait and see. Either way, I'll hear them out to see why in their app it says all orders for the entire month are used to calculate charges and see if there is a misunderstanding. Also, it is showing one email is responsible for clicking the link 39 times, so I am waiting to hear how that metric is calculated.
