I found this rewards program to be simple to setup and administer. I look forward to seeing just how effective it will be (which will be easy thanks to the Dashboard). Great job Swell Rewards team. PDW

I'm giving Swell 5-stars after only 2 days since integration. Prior to Swell, I was using LoyaltyLion (for almost 8 months) -- and the difference is night and day. A bit of back-story -- prior to Shopify, we were on AmeriCommerce for a year and used their native loyalty system -- the native program on AC was flawed from inception because it allowed customers to use points in checkout, and yeah, we could have set minimums for redemption, but it just didn't inspire participation. We could have built out drip campaigns -- but it was on us to build something that looked good and functional. Prior to AC, we spent a miserable year on bigcommerce with SLoyalty. Enough said. We are very happy with Shopify and now Swell Rewards. The biggest pros for Swell: 1. Pricing model that increases as a store grows; 2. EVERY word of every text phrase can be customized to match the voice of YOUR store. 3. Mobile UI is actually designed for mobile; 4. You can modify any visual element with css; 5. On Shopify, guest customers converting to store accounts is a common theme - so Swell can "capture" the guest customer's accrued points, and now customer has all the points she earned; 6. Swell plays nicely with the other kids -- they use ScriptTag and is efficiently engineered. Does not slow your site down. Effortless integration. 7. Support was insanely great at onboard - I use CloudFlare for DNS and Swell needed to add a minor patch to be CloudFlare compatible. Took 5 minutes to sort it out. 8. I had a script that was not playing well with others. Swell identified this issue and helped me find a solution (email me and I'll name names); Ok, only on the platform for 2 days, but I'm impressed enough at the ease of configuring and onboarding to post this. I don't write love letters very often. If things change, I'll be back and update this. Thanks, Swell!

Been trialling this app for a period and we are glad to report that it works as per the name, SWELL! Better than that, I had cause to contact the Swell guys over a very minor issue (which had nothing to do with them in the end!). Nonetheless, Nikhil Naidu went above and beyond what you might normally expect from tech support and sorted out the issue speedily, effectively, with expertise and great humor (all late on a Friday afternoon)! Nice app, but it would be awesome if the prices get a little lower, but it is amazing anyway. But the real reason I give 3 stars is that it isn't updated for other languages than english, and you have to translate everything you could.

Looks a useful addon to my site at www.mposhardware.co.uk- we operate in a competitive marketplace selling POS hardware, so any opportunity to retain and get new clients other than using Adwords is interesting. Set it up recently and support is excellent.

Amazing. Other loyalty programs are VERY limited in functionality. Swell has the most flexibility and feature set by far. Josh and his team are very responsive and are often right there ready to chat about issues through Intercom. Best loyalty program on Shopify by far. I used other programs but they didn't hold a candle and were very slow to release features on Shopify. It was rather painful before Swell. Thanks for a great product with great support. You guys rock!
