I love this app as it does all the work for you to reward your loyal user. The name fits what it is design to do which is to make your business swell.

Swell is easy to set up and use. I do wish they offered more customization options (even for a fee) for users below gold level.

I waited almost a year to leave a review for Rewards and Referrals by Swell. We tested every other rewards platform for Shopify and hands down this is the BEST and (more importantly!) effective rewards and referral app. It's not the least expensive or cheapest app but it pays for itself pretty quickly. The adage you get what you pay for is really true when it comes to this app! Josh and his support team are extremely helpful and responsive. Don't waste your time testing the other rewards and referrals apps like I did and just use this one.

07-17-2020 Well I really don’t like to do this, but the lack of communication and action in regards to your coding issue leaves me no alternative but to write this and lower your rating. Service is POOR AT BEST! The base app works well. Simple setup.

Just learning to use Swell, but its idiot-proof design and simple ideas make it a great app for small businesses like mine! Its uncomplicated, and hopefully keeps my customers coming back for more!

Good app. No bugs as of yet and have been using for a couple of months. Great that even small businesses can get started with on the free plan. My customers are engaging well with it.
