swell rewards is the loyalty program that i have been searching for to reward "good behavior" by my clients.....its easy to install and easy for clients to understand. Thanks Swell for making my clients feel appreciated.

So far so good. The only thing so far is that their are options for getting points for "likes" on both Instagram and Twitter, but there is not an option to this for Facebook (only points for viewing the fbook page). I will add any updates to this once I have more time to learn more about the pros and cons...

We make small-batch herbal remedies for common health concerns and just launched Swell for our rewards program. It's the perfect solution for us, since we prefer rewarding customers for loyalty and social media advocacy over random discounting. It also helps us develop a more meaningful relationship with our best customers. Setting up the app was painless, though it does take a little time if you choose to fully customize the pop-up windows and messages that users receive. We greatly appreciate the many opportunities Swell provides to tailor the app to our own brand voice. And whenever we had questions or needed help – such as crediting existing customers with accounts with points – Josh was quick to respond. (So quick, that we think he's been cloned into a team of Joshes.) The rewards program has been live for only a couple of days, but already we're seeing customers take advantage , and the feedback is good. Once it's been running a bit longer, we'll provide an update. But so far, we're really pleased with Swell and highly recommend it.

Awesome set-up - video tutorials are easy to follow and assisted with completing set-up in order for our customers to enjoy a really cool loyalty points initiative.

So far great and the lack of branding on the free version makes it look so much better then the rest.

Love it! Gives my customers a sense of loyalty. Their customer service is amazing. :) I have had to contact them more than once, and they are always quick to resolve any issues I come across.

Wish the free trial had more options. I need to see what the entirety of the program is like before I start paying for it. Otherwise, great options! Love the Custom option. Just wish I could play with it to see how it would benefit our Loyalty Program.
