Been using this app for more than a month. Works great. The rewards campaigns are all nice. Good rewards app! But best of all the support team is very responsive which is an important requirement for me.

Almost a year now that I've had Swell and i'm still in owe. Thank you for having such a great program! Now: I've had Swell for a month or so now and I must say I LOVE it! My clients love it! Thank you for helping me give my clients a full experience. Everyone loves Rewards!!! Shoppers that just come in the store to look around wants to join the rewards program. Then: I think i'm going to really enjoy this program!!! I used another program and for the price I paid monthly it wasn't worth it!!

Relatively intuitive to use. Many apps either work or have some step that if you miss it they are broken with little to no customer support. These guys were responsive and helpful AND polite with my issues (totally my mistake too). Also I just have to give a shout out, we're a USA manufacturer based in MA and these guys are right down the road from us in Boston. But they were so helpful and responsive we didn't even need to go knock on their door and bribe them with beer for help! Who knew, real developer service in this day and age!!

Setting up Swell was relatively easy and even rather fun. I am looking forward to seeing how Swell increases referrals and repeat traffic. 2016-10-17: Update - Continues to work well with minimal upkeep.

Swell Rewards is by far the best shopify rewards program out there. The free version comes with tons of flexibility and features, and the paid version allows you to more seamlessly integrate the program into your store. The support is fast and courteous - Josh helped me set the program up and gave some great advice on how the program could be tweaked to best suit my needs. A plus app!

The pop-up function is great! I use it to reward customers for signing up to receive our newsletter. Fully automated too.

We use Swell Rewards for www.luxhairious.com and it fits our products perfect. We have a high end product and don't like to work with discounts but of course want to reward our customers for loyalty and referring us. Good job!

Swell is aptly named.. this is a great loyalty program with excellent support. Highly recommended! We are currently using it in our shop www.cigarpimp.com and have seen a drastic improvement in customer loyalty.
