Great App, we are using it for our gift registry, it is easy to set up and does the job perfectly. Plus any adjustments or customizations are quickly actioned and fixed by the support team.
Great app that works exactly as expected. I requested a custom event field, and the team responded right away and implemented it quickly. Excellent support—highly recommend!
Why did you deploy your code change, but wipe out all of our code on the live theme? This is not a good support
We’ve implemented both Wishlist Plus and Gift Lists & Registries from Swym, and the experience has been outstanding. What has set them apart is not only the apps themselves, which are robust, intuitive, and deliver exactly what we need, but the level of support and development expertise behind them. The Swym team (both support and developers) have consistently gone above and beyond to help us customise the UX for our unique business needs. Some of this work has been paid, but much of it was provided without charge, and in every case the speed, quality, and turnaround time have been exceptional, far beyond what we’re used to seeing from app developers. We’ve been genuinely impressed, and would highly recommend these apps to anyone looking for wishlist or registry functionality backed by a team that truly cares about their customers’ success.
Overall, our experience using Swym has been really positive. Our customers had been asking for a functional registry on our website for ages so we're very happy to be able to offer that service through Swym. A couple of points for improvement: there was no ability on our end to prevent registry orders bypassing our "out of stock" limitations. As a result, we had a number of people order items that were out of stock and reach out to us, frustrated that their order hadn't been fulfilled yet. I reached out to customer service and they quickly changed the setting on their end to prevent customers being able to order out of stock items through the registry, but it would be really handy to be able to edit that ourselves. Additionally, we weren't able to set up/turn on the address masking ourselves, even though that's one of the main reasons we chose the service we did.
Easy Set up and great customer service when I required a small edit for my store. Very quick, efficient and helpful when I needed assistance.

Great app, once you set it up, everything gets easy and smooth. Had a problem on the login pages but the support team were very effective solving it, great app!

This app will embed itself into your theme and you cant get it out. Not happy with this at all. Pretty sure its affecting my stores performance and it's been bad ever since with no sales. I bought a paid $250 theme and was going to switch back to my Dawn theme and found it there too. I wouldn't install if you don't want permanent damage on your store.
Hello! Thank you for sharing your feedback. We'd like to clarify that the app does not automatically install on all themes. You can choose the specific themes where you wish to add the app during installation. Additionally, our scripts are designed to load at the end to minimize any impact on your store's performance or critical load timings. Hence we assure you that installing our app would not have caused any damage to the website. That said, we understand your concerns and would be happy to investigate the issues you experienced thoroughly, however looks like you have uninstalled the app. We have reached out via email for further clarification and are waiting for a response from you. I've just set up a registry using this app. I've used other ones before and you cannot compare. This app looks beautiful, clean and professional and blends into the site beautifully. It was straightforward to configure and support was super helpful with any questions I had or minor changes that I needed. We've only just started using it, but super impressed so far.
The Swym support staff was very responsive when we requested for help, would recommend based on their prompt customer service & response times.
I had some issues with the free trial and encountered technical difficulties. I was happy that after I messaged them, they refunded my money right away without any problems and provided nearly daily updates to resolve the technical issue. 6/5 Stars – I highly recommend them. This was by far the best customer support I've experienced with any Shopify app.
