A pior experiência que tive com atendimento, enviei 5 e-mails solicitando a resolução de vários problemas com as listas e nenhuma resposta, os clientes compram e os produtos não mudam o status, o sistema é instavel, fica fora do ar o tempo todo. Horrível porém não posso simplesmente retirar porque os clientes já fizeram suas lista. Decepcionado

I'm almost hesitant to write this review because I secretly want to keep this Shopify app all to myself! Not only does it offer the best tech solution by far, but the level of support and responsiveness from the team behind it is truly outstanding. What truly sets this app apart, however, is the incredible customer support. Whenever I had a question or needed assistance, the team was there to help promptly and with a friendly attitude. They went above and beyond to ensure that the app looked perfect for our brand, down to the last detail.

Very easy installation of the app with guidance videos. After an update of my Shopify theme, the app did not function as expected and within 2 days the Swym team reached out for help and fixed the problem. Very satisfied with the app and assistance!

App with 10 stars! 5 stars for the app, 5 stars for the support staff. Before entering this app I texted 2 others with the best reviews, I spent a lot of time setting them up and then got to the point of realizing that they had many limitations. This app took me little time, if you have shopify 2.0 it's a breeze. I asked the support team for major customization interventions and they intervened quickly and absolutely professionally! Now I have a perfect app for my needs. Feed back: easy to install and easy to customize within the pages (with shopify 2.0), reliable app, top support staff. Special thanks to Subham Choudhury - Swym Support for assisting me in all requests and keeping me updated on the timing of the interventions. 5+5 stars!!
