Support is great and fast to respond. Not a huge fan of all the new AI features, as I have installed this app many times on previous sites - installing is almost MORE complicated with the new AI stuff. Nonetheless, this app is still a great feature for every e-commerce store, and support stepped in to solve my issues.

It's a great product, and the support team is very patient and answers our questions. However, I really hope they can give users more autonomy in controlling how they access their wish list.

She was absolutely wonderful from start to finish and went above and beyond to help me get everything set up exactly the way I wanted it. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Varshini was patient, responsive and incredibly helpful, taking the time to work through every detail and make sure the wishlist looked and worked beautifully on my store. The app itself is fantastic, but having this level of customer support makes such a difference. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about getting everything right for you. This has been a really useful addition for giving customers an easy way to save products they’re interested in and come back to them later. The wishlist experience is simple for shoppers, while the automated reminders, price-drop updates, and back-in-stock alerts help keep products top of mind without adding extra manual work. I also like the sharing options and the insights into shopper behavior, which make it easier to understand product demand and improve our follow-up marketing. Overall, it’s a practical tool for increasing engagement and encouraging customers to return and complete their purchases.

Fairly new to the app, but set up was seamless and customization is very easy. Their support is also great and they were able to implement something I was wanting almost immediately(thank you, Divya!)

I have been having constant issues with this app. I will watch the activity banner show constant updates on an item, view the report and it will not reflect the wishlisting activity that I am seeing. The wishlist takes hours, sometimes days to update and when I contact support they tell me everything is working fine on their end. I have contacted their support multiple times about the wishlisting button not showing on the product page and they keep telling me it's due to cookie settings. I can understand that, but I get numerous complaints from customers across different browsers and mobile that the heart is visible, but the wishlist button is not. I experience this on two different browsers with cookies enabled. I do not experience this on other stores that have a wishlist function. This apps only purpose is to help me figure out how to proceed with stock and it is not fulfilling it's purpose. I've also tried the app across two different themes and am experiencing the same issues.
