Great customer service! Helped us to make sure the UX was customized for our specific needs. The team at Swym also does a fantastic job of building a pipeline to ensure you take full advantage of the features they have to offer.

Customer support was helpful and quick. Their dev team worked on the feature we requested right away and it came out looking great.

I had some issues with setting up the app but have gotten so much help from their support team since I downloaded it. It seems to be everything we were looking for in a wishlist app.

Great app! Support team is available to promptly make any design changes when needed, we haven't used a wishlist app for a long time, but it was a highly requested feature, and we decided to go for the app that was the highest rated and had the most number of reviews. Good decision!

This app was really easy to set up. There were a couple of customizations I was having trouble with, and the customer support team was super quick, friendly and helpful. They helped me within hours of contacting them. The app works great and it supports multiple wish lists per customers which is great.

I'll probably change it later, but I give this app 1 star out of 5 since the plugin doesn't work! Yesterday I uploaded it to my Shopify store, and it was running perfectly, and 2 hours later it started crashing, the icon showing and not showing. I tried to uninstall the app and download it again; nothing has changed! I therefore give it a solid 1 star out of 5.

I had a technical difficulty (when clicking on the logo on the top of the page, it wouldn't redirect to the home page) after installing the app and integrating it to my Shopify store. So I contacted the app to see if they can help me, and wow, not only did they respond in less than 24 hours, by the time I woke up, it was already fixed. I didn't do anything. Our store hasn't had a lot of traffic yet but this app is providing the basic need we have for our customers to add items to a wishlist and support to remove the wishlist option only for items on final sale, has been responsive with a quick and easy solution.
