At the moment we are still using the free version, at the beginning there were a few difficulties with the icons not being displayed correctly, after very quick contact with the support (1 minute waiting time) it was fixed immediately. So far we are very satisfied and will gladly recommend and use the app

全体的に使いやすい。 ただ、初期設定が英語ベースになっているため、日本語では修正が必要な箇所がある。 管理画面から修正できない箇所は、サポートに問合せすると非常にスピーディーに対応してもらえているので、大変助かっている。

It is rare to have such excellent customer support these days so I felt compelled to write a review. I set up the Swym Wishlist Plus app on my store at Laguna Happy. It immediately worked perfectly from a functional perspective, but I wanted to make some very specific changes to the look and feel so it exactly matched my site style. The team at Swym immediately made my wishlist look beautiful. They went out of their way to make sure I was happy. Great tool and great support. I can't recommend them enough!

An awesome app that I wouldn't be without. The app is really easy to set up and is super easy to use. Any minor issues which may arise with the app Aaryan and his team were extremely fast in responding. Very friendly, patient and dedicated team.. Thank you!

Wishlist app is great and working as per my needs. I had some issues and requested some changes within the app for my store, the team took the charge and did those modifications. Superb and Huge Appreciation for the Support Team! Thank You

Great app, the customer service is amazing. An employee from Swym named Dipayan helped me edit the code and customize my wishlist page exactly how i wanted it. Highly recommend this app.

I'm just getting started with Swym, but so far they have absolutely top notch customer service!!! I was having trouble getting something installed properly, so I contacted them, and immediately an agent helped me get everything set up. I am very happy with Swym Wishlist Plus.

I've been using this Wishlist app on my website, and it's been a fantastic addition to my Shopify store. The app works well and does exactly what I need it to do, with options to upgrade in the future too. What really stood out to me, though, was the fantastic level of customer support. I wanted to make some tweaks so that the app seamlessly integrated with my site. The support team went above and beyond to assist me, customising icons and sorting mobile views. They were responsive, helpful, and made the whole process stress-free. Highly recommend.

Josiah provided excellent service to help us onboard with Wishlist Plus. We are switching from other Wishlist app to Wishlist Plus. We had a few years of legacy Wishlist that need import, and the team did an excellent job. We had some issues with the Wishlist and some customising is required. They provided professional and efficient service all the way. The app is exactly what we need as well! Highly recommended!

The customer support of Wishlist is 1000/10. Super kind and skilfulpeople, that made some custom css adjustments to the wishlist heart to make sure their app aligns with our brand aesthetic. I would absolutely recommend this app! And a special thanks to Dash, he is super kind, skilled and helpful!

Great app. Easy to use and setup. Great support. Had an issue with the add to wishlist button and the support team resolved it within minutes.
