We’ve implemented both Wishlist Plus and Gift Lists & Registries from Swym, and the experience has been outstanding. What has set them apart is not only the apps themselves, which are robust, intuitive, and deliver exactly what we need, but the level of support and development expertise behind them. The Swym team (both support and developers) have consistently gone above and beyond to help us customise the UX for our unique business needs. Some of this work has been paid, but much of it was provided without charge, and in every case the speed, quality, and turnaround time have been exceptional, far beyond what we’re used to seeing from app developers. We’ve been genuinely impressed, and would highly recommend these apps to anyone looking for wishlist or registry functionality backed by a team that truly cares about their customers’ success.

Fantastic service! I needed a small adjustment made to the wishlist icon, which was being moved from a floating position to the top header. Not only did they jump on and do this for me, but they also sorted out the alignment and the mobile version. All done over the online chat support. A*****

It‘s an app, that can be implemented very fast with all features you need for a wishlist. Support is also very fast, friendly and helpful.

The app might look good, but their support is an absolute nightmare. Getting any real help takes forever (probably because of the time difference), and every time it’s a different person who clearly hasn’t read the previous messages. Tickets get raised and then just sit there with zero updates. Instead of an actual solution, you just get bombarded with useless automated replies. It’s infuriating.

Perfect support for even the smallest and most custom demands, nothing is met with a no. Service is top class. I've had the pleasure to work with Srihari on various changes the last year, where everything we've been requesting has been fulfilled. Highly recommend.
