Great customer service! I had an issue installing an icon because of the theme I choose through Shopify, and the support team took care of it immediately for me!

Not so great customer service! Developer started ignoring our email during the set up. I have found a pay plan for $2 a month that doing exactly the same thing.

We had also enabled the customizations that you had requested. Hope you were receiving our emails. We also tried to reach you via phone and an email earlier today, but couldn't connect. Absolutely love how easy this app was to implement into our store and support was quick to help with the small things that needed attention. Everything looks so good and I can't wait to see how much this will help increase our sales!

Easy to install and the support team are quick to respond and get any changes done to customise the wishlist to your store.

Great support! I had problems moving the icon and the support helped me immediately. I am very impressed. Four stars only at this point only because I haven't seen customer interaction yet, but I'm sure it'll be positive!

Really useful, even at the base level -- it's great to be able to see which items my customers are interested in, and the Swym customer service is extremely responsive and friendly! Anshu was a huge help getting me back up and running when I had an issue after changing themes, and my problem was resolved super quickly.

Ive used this app on two of my stores and love the results that I get. Just changed a theme a few weeks ago and required a few tweeks of Wishlist to suit the new theme, contacted customer support and they were great. They kept me up to date on what was required for the new store 2.0 theme and two days later all done and perfect. Great app, great support, Wallmaster Paints Australia.

I used this app for the Wishlist on my website. It was really easy to set up and looks good. I had a little issue and the customer service was excellent. They got back to me with in the hour, solved my problem, answered my questions and were very lovely to deal with. Would highly recommend!

We had a few hiccups to start but only because we had to transfer data from one wish list app over to Swym. However - now that we are set up and everything is running, we are very happy with this app! It's quite easy to get it set up and running, and it seems to be working great!

Love the app. Especially around the holidays when people are creating wishlists to send to their family & friends. Great customer service and quick response. Would definitly recommend!

My online channel is geared for B2B transactions to trade partners. I needed a way for customers to be able to review items, save them to project specific folder, and when ready, return to the website and complete the purchase. The Wishlist Plus Team were very responsive and helped me update the verbiage from My Wishlist to My Projects. Customer Service was quick to respond and made sure to follow up to ensure everytihng was configured and working as expected.

We have recently installed this app and have worked closely with it's support team to get it customized to our site. They have been extremely responsive and helpful with every request. If they were able to do it, they happily made the changes or walked me through what we needed to do to make the changes we wanted. I cannot recommend their team enough. I have found other apps to be limiting in their customization and response from their support team, but this app has met every request with a solution that worked for us.
