Pros: the product selection is good for my needs. The program is easy to use, and syncing is pretty simple. Cons: customer service is not as fast as it was when I started a few months ago and the app has not been working well, specifically the marketplace.

Just started using, still exploring and testing. We should have 5 products to test in the free version. For stores that are starting it's not viable to pay a plan.

few days in trial but having problems finding dungeons and dragons and other fantasy items had subscription for months now, and today they tell me i need a subscription and changed prices with no notice not going pay 99 for subscription i was pay 49 for just month ago

It's not the best option for beginners because of their monthly plan options. Beside that, it could be a great supplier sources for a large variety of products.

Customer service is nice but the app is missing important feature: 1. You can't select and then deselect a product or deselect products from the full supplier inventory. 2. There is no documentation to explain what each setting does. 3. Filtering products by tags only works according to the supplier original tags not the tags in your catalogue. 4. There is no option to prioritize categories. I keep seeing same old products being pushed while new products are stuck in queue.

In your catalog, you have the ability to filter products in bulk by numerous conditions, or you can even filter out products from your catalog one-by-one if you wish to in Syncee. Regarding questions about how to make the most out of Syncee's filtering feature, please do not hesitate to reach out to our customer support team. Furthermore, we have a Help Center of rich content on how to use Syncee. You can find it via our application's sidebar menu and through our App Listing as well. We provide various helpful articles and videos there about our solutions and settings. Last but not least, while it is not possible to prioritize a category in one catalog, you can create different catalogs for each category by choosing the products one-by-one. Great Dropshipping App with room for improvement Great: - Good selection of high quality suppliers from around the world - Good integration and mostly user friendly - Good customer support, eager to help - Great functionality to automate margins/mark ups Room for improvement: - plan prices change randomly without any warning, which is not cool for a small business. Smallest monthly plan went from Free to $29 to $49 making it hard to plan. Would love more transparent communication - Sometimes had issues with synchronization, when it took a full day for my order to show up - had payment issues when I had to attempt payment up to five times until it went through - the search for products is very clumsy. It does not really show what you're searching for and the filter options could be better thought through (e.g. you can only select one country from-to) - When searching for an exact supplier name, you still have to scroll to sometimes the third page until you find the supplier (assumption is that the big suppliers pay to always show up first, e.g. Big Buy is always the first)

Heaps of suppliers and great items, however we couldn't get the shipping to work so have deleted it now, for anyone who can work that out its worth a look, plus the customer service team respond v.quickly

Please note, Syncee doesn't work as a fulfillment center, our application manages product data for merchants, it is a bridge between retailers and suppliers. This app has a lot of great potentials. I was really starting to use it, and so far, it's been great. My only issue is the prices can be more competitive.

I am very happy, app's working great. Peter was Very helpful. But I highly recommend every customer to look at the dates very much, because if you delete the app and the shopify charged your money the same day, no one will refund. I would like more flexibility for this company and stronger relationship with client.
