This is very useful app for importing the products. It is user friendly and easy to handle, when you figure out the logic. There is also very friendly customer service if you have any issues or need any help. Highly recommended! 5 stars guys and gals!

Good app, sometimes a bit confusing, but anyway it does what it meant for. I am totally satisfied with the customer support though, quick and professional. So overall 5 stars.

Syncee guys are magicians! I have tried to move to a different system from a custom-built shop for 8 months ... but it did not go with the "support" of the customer service of that other system. Brutal suffering, a lot of money, a total waste of time, Brrrrrr! Then came the guys at the Syncee, they offered the Shopify platform, and they solved all my problem in few minutes! All this with a few clicks! I do not believe if I do not see it! They showed me everything and I immediately understood how it works. Well, this is magic! 5 STAR! Great team! They helped us in everything (Shopify / Dropshipping) everyone was patient and proactive. Their experience helped us solve many problems. I highly recommend the team and the app. ----------------------------------------------------------------- 5 csillag! Remek csapat! Mindenben segítettek az átállás alatt (SHopify / Dropshipping). A tapasztalatuk kulcsfontosságú volt bizonyos problémák megoldásában. Eddig Shoprenter-t használtunk, és nehézkesnek tűnt az átállás, de a Syncee Csapat segítségével gyorsan túl is vagyunk rajta. Mindenkinek csak ajánlani tudom Őket.

Syncing about 3000 products. Works every time. Syncing is serious stuff, so it has to be reliable. I feel it is! Customer service and chatt is the best ting here. They will always answer and always help. I feel safe with the sync prosess.

Just an update. Our store which has over 8000 variants for 300 plus products was a huge task to first get our products in the store to match our CSV file. Imre and the team helped us along the way through every step and our Inventory is now LIVE!!!! FIVE STARS across the board on this app and the people that make it possible. This app is amazing. And the support is right on point. This team is very hard working, quick to jump in and give you premium support, and a pleasure to work with. I spent a few months looking into solutions for syncing up our back end system with Shopify and this is the best choice BAR NONE! anything else on the app store to date is a major waste of money.

There are tons of apps for just about anything these days. What makes the biggest difference is the support because I've yet to run across an app that didn't need some kind of assistance. Syncee folks have gone beyond the call to address my particular needs and get things to work. They've simply been great. And that makes all the difference!

This app is very awesome as the team are always be there to help us up and this app make my inventory excel very clean and tidy which the shopify default excel are very messy for me. Would definitely recommend the app!

Great service and setup support! Syncee did a trial with me via chat, so we could quickly determine if a good fit for us. The mapping is straightforward and easy to configure. The app will work well if your vendor data is consistent and ready to import. If you have lots of product attributes and options it will not support that because of Shopify's inability to manage complex and multiple product attributes.

Had some problems importing products from an older ecommerce system and with hebrew chars nothing worked:( until the AMAZING syncee support help me out... fixing every issue with the import file and parameters even helped me with importing the varients as well:) i recommend them extremly - they also have a good UX and easy to use interface hope you will find them as good as i did:)
