Synder is user super friendly. I love working with this app. And when issues appeared I always was able to reach out support team and resolve all of my issues. Kay, Andrew and Vita are super professional in their approach of fixing problems! Truly Recommend!

We shopped around looking for a better way to import our transactions into QBD. We have a complex Shopify store and our QB is hosted on Right Networks. After some tries and fails, we found Synder. We have had tremendous support from their support department! They are quick to respond and even if a solution is not readily available, they never give up and keep trying until they can, or they send it to the development team to see if it is something that can do in the future. Great folks, great products!

Synder has worked really well for my business! The syncing has made it SO much easier to manage sales tax and the various payment streams (Paypal and Shopify). Customer support is AMAZING; George and Vita have been super helpful and attentive. I have no experience with accounting and they have been really patient and explained everything in a way I can understand. Highly recommend!!

Great platform, however, hard to set up and their pricing structure is not straight forward. Ended up being charged per automation rule, ect... seems like they are trying to get you to pay extra where ever they can.

Synder has been a great solution to importing our Shopify data in to Quickbooks. I was having an issue syncing some data and Andrew at Synder quickly solved my problem, and even restored my syncs without question!

It would be 5 stars but we have had some minor teething troubles which could well be down to our set up anyway. This app is saving a load of time with Invoicing. And their customer service is fast and extremely helpful. We still need to go deeper into what the app can do but we are so happy with it so far.

I've tried a few integration apps before and so far Synder has worked best for me. Felix has been a great help in assisting me with some issues I was facing. I would recommend for easy & smooth integration process.

I'm not what other options there even are to be honest - I've used this since day 1 and wouldn't consider any other software for this. Works seamlessly with Quickbooks and our accountants love using it too.

Synder works great to pull detail of transactions from Shopify into QBO- saves so much manual time and provides appropriate transaction information to able to correctly allocate both spending and income.

We have eliminated hundreds of manual data entry hours with Synder. I've worked with multiple intagration systems and by far this has been the easiest to use. They have an instant chat bubble so I can ask a question and get immediate help. Andrew has been super helpful with setting up and testing integrations when we added new platforms to automate. Honestly - this is the easiest of platforms to use if you are looking to sync orders, accounting and inventory between platforms.

I have been working with Synder for the past few months and have been impressed with their services. They make it easy for us to keep our transactions synced with Quickbooks. I chose to go with Synder for one of my eCommerce clients. I am so glad I did. Liza Nikanovich is part of the support team at Synder and she helped me with the integration of QBO, Shopify & PayPal. Liza is professional, thorough, detailed, and a real pleasure to work with. When running into issues during the integration, Liza solved them. I could not have done it successfully without her help. I was skeptical about whether or not I needed this and was almost ready to bail on it, but then was won over by a FANTASTIC support team (Helen in customer success and then I got Andrew a few times over chat) that helped me get everything up and working and then were SUPER receptive to getting feedback and suggestions on how to improve things. Everything is REALLY customizable which is awesome - it takes a little bit of extra work to get it set up, but once its done its done and everything just WORKS.
