Just downloaded the app and used chat with support. Andrew was quick to walk me through the steps to get connected and the test sync done. He was very helpful and quick to get me through the process and very patient with me. Thank you Andrew!
I was skeptical about whether or not I needed this and was almost ready to bail on it, but then was won over by a FANTASTIC support team (Helen in customer success and then I got Andrew a few times over chat) that helped me get everything up and working and then were SUPER receptive to getting feedback and suggestions on how to improve things. Everything is REALLY customizable which is awesome - it takes a little bit of extra work to get it set up, but once its done its done and everything just WORKS.
We had issues with reconciling Shopify deposits with the Bank feed using Synder. Synder listened to our issue, which I believe is a "we" larger than just our firm, and is updating their Journal Entries to accommodate days there are more than one deposit. They listened, they are easy to work with, they are professional. Support is critical to work with these apps.
Customer support has been great. The chat time is almost immediate for support. With a few things that haven't worked properly the support has been timely. The product does almost everything we'd want it to do. We were previously entering monthly journal entries. Now we've got granular sales data on our roughly 4500 transactions per month. Make no mistake, there's work getting the integration to do everything you need it to, but our experience has made it absolutely worth the challenge.
We have had Synder for a little over a year to sync our Shopify and PayPal to our QuickBooks. Recently we noticed some discrepancies in our reporting between the platforms. We scheduled a call with Vita in support and we could not be more pleased. She answered all of our questions, found the areas we needed to address, and patiently walked us through each step to get us back on track. We strongly recommend this software for anyone looking to take their online store to the next level and Vita in support for top notch care!
Synder has been a great app to accurately and seamlessly process payments from multiple platforms. It has made doing the books for my online business so much simpler.
The initial set up call was very helpful. The Support Member George Bylin was very proactive and help us navigate the configurations of the orders of Shopify and PayPal.
This is the best tool for QuickBooks syncing that I've found -- and I've been looking and trying many alternatives for years. The thing that I like most is the transaction-level detail. Most other sync apps make periodic entries rather than transaction-by-transaction entries.
Great app to use to sync shopify transactions with to Quickbooks. Works like a charm and don't have any issues with it. Categorises all the transactions automatically.
Great app has made working with our accounting software easy. Support was so helpful in setup and configuration questions. Everything has been smooth and easy to use. Saves so much time each month having this level of automation.

This app has had its up and downs (mostly user getting used to how it functions), the team at synder has always been quick to help and the app has only gotten better since using it. The integration between multiple platforms is a huge benefit.
Thank you to the onboarding team for all of your help especially Lizzie. The program appears to be exactly what we were looking for to help us merge all of the information needed from all of our selling platforms into quickbooks.
This app was easy to integrate! Can't wait to be able to dig into the data. Looking forward to being able to change the tags of how certain products are bought into QBO.
The service from the customer support time is great. Keith especially has been an amazing help! As for the app, processing times are quite long and quite pricey for high transaction businesses. Also, some key functionality is blocked until you have spoken to their onboarding them which adds further delays if you are trying to get it set up quickly.

What a delight using this app and dealing with support. Any question I had was responded to quickly and easily. The app works great to sync orders with Quickbooks and their rules are great.

During the initial review of the product, Andrey's support really helped me with understanding how to utilize Synder for our needs. The setup process is very important but once you get that going the sync work quite well.
I have never had any issues with he Shopify integrations and when I do have any issues in general Customer Support is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable.
