It has been a pleasure working with TargetBay. Good for our size company. They are flexible and fast responding and were able to implement email campaigns and pop ups and reviews that we think will help with the conversion of our website. Their dashboard could use a little improvement but it is already more than functional. We are looking forward continuing working with them.

The absolute best Customer Service of any company We have worked with! Do yourself a favor and give TargetBay a shot. The contract is month to month and the suite of services are fantastic. We use the email marketing, abandoned cart pop-up, automated emails, abandoned cart emails, email marketing creation services, and adroll marketing. Great time savings to have it all in one place.

I had some difficulty working out what to do with the app - I received incredible hand holding and would recommend the app and the highly experienced team.

First of all this is the only app I have experienced with any customer service . Not to mention I was blown away with all the help I received. So far seems to me like the best Reviews app there is out there! Well done Target Bay and thank you so much for all your help.

This company cannot be trusted they cost us 100's of dollars because they did not follow our policies which we made VERY clear to them from day 1! They sent out emails and showed popups with information that goes against our policies which included discounts advertised on them, which I told them in our very first conversation “We do not EVER discount our products” to which they replied “that is ok we will not offer discounts”. We told them 5 times DO NOT EVER SHOW OR OFFER A DISCOUNT and yet they repeatedly kept doing it I was also told that TargetBay is an Atlanta based company and I will always be able to talk with people in Atlanta but EVERY login to our Shopify account has been from India, and the guy who wanted to do the webinar to show me the back-end was in India with a VERY thick accent.

We needed more customer reviews for our new website, and TargetBay delivered. Plus they have a lot more tools to engage consumers, which has significantly improved our conversion rate and return customer rate. The ROI has been awesome, and their customer support is also great! As we keep learning, they help us to tweak our settings for better performance.

The on-boarding process was awesome! The step by step walk through was logical and comprehensive. I was really impressed by their preparation of the email templates, which included our logo and sample message. Thank you TargetBay!

I did a ton of research to find the best review site. TargetBay was a little more expensive than others, but once everything was onboarded, I realized why... not only does the company customize your Review layout to match your website... they do it all for you! I read other reviews where companies don't help you. They also did an onboarding phone call and were super nice.

Easy reviews app to set up... TargetBay reviews app is easy to install and it works great instantly. Their support staff is pretty helpful. They helped us set up the email for requesting emails. We attached a coupon to the emails to incentivize our customers to write reviews. Pricing is affordable.
